I am a dentist, but, like everyone else, my teeth need regular care to preserve them and to make them as attractive as possible. So, just like everyone else, I go to the dentist to receive many of the procedures I deliver to my own patients.
When I sat down to write goals for my practice, it occurred to me that the kind of dentistry I want to give to my patients was exactly the kind of dentistry I wanted to receive. And I can assure you that I would hold my dentist to some pretty high standards.
I would want my dentist to see me as an individual, to know me personally and not merely treat me as a chart number or the next patient. I would want my dentist to foster this relationship by knowing what is important to me and respecting me as a person. And I wouldnt want to be taken for granted, even years into the relationship.
Although I am probably as brave as the next person, Id prefer, naturally, not to experience discomfort during my dental visit. I would want my dentist to have genuine concern for my comfort before, during and after my treatment. I would want my dentist to have thoroughly mastered pain free dental techniques.
Maybe I am spoiled, but I get annoyed if I have to do too much waiting. Id much prefer it if my dentist and staff were ready for me when I arrived, and would really like it if I were the only patient there, so the doctor and staff could give me their full attention.
Im a stickler for quality. I am even willing to pay a little more if I am receiving top-of-the-line treatment. These teeth are the only ones Ill ever have, so I wouldnt choose my dentist because his or her fees were the lowest. I would choose a dentist who could provide me with the highest level of care, which is what I feel I deserve. I would appreciate someone who is painstakingly accurate in all the details of my treatment. So what I want as a dental patient is what I hope you want, because the result of this kind of treatment is my true goal: optimal dental health and appearance. If you want this kind of care, I would be happy to be your dentist.

First of all Matea is one of the man reasons why I go here. She's very polite gets her job done swiftly and. Has excellent service and extremely helpful. And Dr. Patel is amazing she soothes my dental anxiety helps me patiently through ever procedure I've had done and is always trying to make everything happen for the better. Try this place trust them!!! The whole staff is friendly even the hygienists are so sweet and understanding and caring about my extreme anxiety.

Most recently I suffered a cracked and broken tooth. I called on a Saturday and Dr. Patel gave me the first appointment on Monday, Memorial Day. Dr. Patel provided me with a temporary crown and took excellent care of my dental needs. She is the best. I just had another great cleaning from Radiant. They were very careful wearing protection and were very respectful of my well-being. Dr Patel is great and the staff is awesome. Another great cleaning today (6-9-21). Dr Pater was awesome as usual. Thank you everyone at Radiant Dental. And don't forget the wonderful folks behind the desk who makes the appointments. 6/8/22 - Dr Patel is great and her staff is awesome. My cleaning was very thorough and pleasant without any pain or discomfort. What a wonderful experience and wonderful Dr. Patel. Thank you.

I have enjoyed my experience at Dr. Pate's office for the past several years. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Here is my experience: I knew that my insurance had gone through some changes so when I first arrived for my most recent appointment I made a point to ask the front desk to double check my coverage. I was told that it had already been checked and that it was all good. A few weeks later I received an automated text message informing me that my account was not settled. Mistakes happen, I understand that, but this was not my mistake. When I called the office and voiced my concern I was told that I should call the insurance company. Again, verifying insurance coverage is not my job. Further, I asked the individual on the phone what happens if the insurance company just confirms that they already covered what they will cover? I was told that I would have to pay... I reiterated that I felt I had done my part by giving the office the opportunity to verify the insurance before services were rendered and that I was not ok with the situation. I then told her that if this is how I am going to be treated that I would not be coming back, to which the employee said: "That's fine". Her tone made it clear that my business is not important to the practice; I honestly felt like my not coming back would be a relief to this particular individual. It became clear that I was not getting anywhere so I ended the call. I would like to believe that the practice does value my business and I would welcome any effort the practice is willing to exercise to make this right.
