Dr. Bharathi Charugundia attended Boston University, where she was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. The program was rigorous and challenging, and provided a solid foundational understanding of modern dentistry.
However, dentistry, like all healthcare fields, is constantly evolving. Ongoing research yields new materials, modalities, and technologies, all of which affect diagnostics, treatment planning, and results. It is essential for dentists to stay current on these new options, studying and evaluating each before incorporating them into their practice.
Throughout the year, Dr. Bharathi pursues a range of continuing dental education opportunities, and stays up to date on the latest technologies and procedures. She participates in study groups and webinars, completes hands-on courses, and keeps current with the latest research through journals and other relevant publications.
A native of India, Dr. Bharathi now considers the Pacific Northwest her home. Shes happily married and has two young sons who keep her busy most every minute shes not in the office. The family enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading together.
In addition to enjoying adventures with her family, Dr. Bharathi devotes time to volunteering at charitable events and with local organizations. She is particularly passionate about helping the poor and needy and works hard to fight homelessness and hunger in the community.
Dr. Tony Bassili has many years of experience placing implants and performing challenging endodontic procedures such as root canals. He is a joy to have in the office. He is a friendly, compassionate, and funny guy!
Dr. Bassili is highly skilled and keen on every single procedure to get the best results. Patients are highly impressed for his professionalism and dedication. He graduated from dental school at the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, and obtained his endodontic specialty training at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

I have been to a lot of dental offices due to moving around and this has been by far the best dental experience I have had. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have pretty bad dental anxiety and they all took their time to explain each procedure to me and ensure I wasn't in pain. Their technology also appeared to be more up to date than other clinics I have been too. They it olive 3D imaging to ensure nothing was being missed. They have treated me for my cavities, wisdom tooth extraction, and invisilign. If you are looking for a one stop dental clinic with friendly staff and a very caring dentist, you have found your place!

I recently switched to radiance dental after a series of poor experiences with other dentists and needed my wisdom teeth removed. This office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout and were incredibly communicative on pricing/insurance before ever working on my teeth. When the appointment for extraction came I was nervous but the experience ended up being one of the most pleasant dentist experiences I've ever had. I laughed the whole time and felt they took every precaution for my comfort. I cannot recommend this dentist enough !

I really love this place and I trust the doctor and staff. Even when my insurance stopped paying for Radiance I continued as a patient, and they were able to give me a plan that helped with the financial side. When I had a first-time reaction to epinephrine they were so quick and efficient to respond and monitored me so well until I had recovered. Highly recommend :) Love this office!
