I am very pleased with my visits to Radford Family Dentistry. Their staff is always very helpful and friendly. And their technicians are always very pleasant and explain everything they are going to do. The dentist is very thorough and qualified. The dentist addressed my concerns and took steps to correct the issues.

We had just gotten our travel trailer set up (2+ hours from home) when a crown came off my tooth. It was nearing 4 p.m. The first couple of dentists I contacted were unable to work me into their schedule, but Dr. Radford and his kind staff took care of the problem quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Radford.

Great hygentist. Got appointment fast due to broken tooth. Then client didnt show up for cleaning so was able get cleaning same day as exam. Friendly staff and hygentist. Dentist professional and nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for Dentist.

And their technicians are always very pleasant and explain everything they are going to do. The dentist is very thorough and qualified, although it would be nice if he would at least great the patient when he comes into the room.

My first visit was a pleasant one. Staff very courteous. Dr. Radford kind. Explained everything and even the new set of x-rays were easier than I remembered! Cleaning was pleasant. The entire visit was stress-free. I'm happy I chose Radford Family Dentistry!

The staff was very organized and efficient. Julie was my hygienist and she was great. Dr. Radford was very kind, courteous and thorough. I would highly recommend this dental practice to others!

My daughter needed an appointment with a dentist asap due to a her spacer coming halfway off. Since I was looking for a new dentist anyways I called them and they had both of my children same day appointments for cleanings and to fix the issue. Upon arrival they are still doing covid screening and temp checks, which is nice to see. Everyone is still wearing mask as well and it is required of the patients too. Also a good thing. Our hygienist was wonderful. Super nice and good with kids. Had my daughter laughing during her cleaning. They even ended up offering to do my cleaning as well while I was there. Totally unexpected and great since I was already there. They even helped entertain my children while I had x-rays. Never once did I feel like anyone was rude or judgy. Super glad to have found my new dentist

Above and Beyond! My family has been going here now for over 2 years. All 6 of us. I already knew it was the best dentist office but today was the day I couldn't Thank them enough. To sum it up my 9 year old son was up all night crying with a tooth ache. When I called the emergency number they didn't hesitate to come in on a Saturday morning to see what was the problem. They were so kind, talked him through the whole process and held his hand. I can never thank them enough for their kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone EVER looking for a dentist. Again, thank you so much!

If I could give 0 stars for the way they treated me, I would. I went in for an appointment one day only to be told that they wouldn't see me anymore because I didn't confirm the appointment via phone call the day before, (after I had already made the appointment in office). I told the receptionist that I work third shift and that I am asleep during their business hours and that I had already informed them of this when I started going here, so I wouldn't be able to take calls or return calls. Didn't matter. Even though I was there and ready for the appointment I made in person, I didn't return the call so I was kicked out. Terrible business. Terrible way to keep business. I left feeling like a criminal. I would never recommend this place, EVER.
