I was a customer for years with Dr. Rademacher. I happened to miss one Saturday appointment, which yes, was very irresponsible, but life happens to the best of us. I was left a very nasty voicemail by a Frank, who is relatively new compared to how long the company has been open. I was told I would be sent a letter with a "no call no show" and threatened to no longer have ability to schedule a Saturday appointment as it is - in Frank's words a "prized appointment". It is a shame I will no longer be going to this practice and would not recommend anybody to do the same. They have become extremely rude and unprofessional and I would not wish for a new patient to experience what I have just encountered.

I love her I been going here a year maybe more I hate the dentist but they go out of there way to make me comfortable! I have had a experience of doing a no call no show and they do get upset but I also understand that it's in the paper work you sign that you agree not to do it and with covid it's hard to get a dentist! But there are amazing they great me by name when I walk in outta of other dentist I have been to there amazing!

I don't EVER write reviews but I felt the need to write one this time. I've been going to this dentist office for years and I've never had a problem until recently when I scheduled a appointment. There used to be the nicest woman who was so professional and organized when you would call in and set up appointments she knew exactly how to do her job she would confirm information the second you call if you haven't been in recently... which I feel like any doctors office would do if you have not been there for several months. I mean wouldn't you make sure that the information is correct if they are needing to contact you?.... A couple weeks ago I had set up an appointment with a gentleman who is now apparently answering the phones. He is extremely unprofessional has no idea how to talk to patients actually talks to you like you're a child. He never asked if my contact information was updated/correct it when I made my appointment. I called the day of my appointment to confirm the time because I have not heard from anybody. The gentleman who was answering the phones again said to me "we've been calling your mother your father you need to call us and make sure your information is correct" so extremely rudely. He then placed his wife on the phone which is the dentist I've been going to and she asked when I would like to reschedule as I'm talking to her looking to see when I can reschedule I can hear the gentleman in the background still talking about me to other clients there. I am so beyond upset with how I was treated here at this dentist office. I will be seeking a new practice and I will make sure that all of my family and friends stop going to this dentist office because of how poorly they handle their patients now. I would recommend seeking another practice.

My family and many referrals of friends, have been going to Dr. Rademacher for years and we are all still there and happy. On my last visit I realized a big reason why and wanted to share. No matter how crazy her day can be she's never in a hurry with her patients. It's a very open and friendly space where the services and prices are excellent but you also feel safe and cared for. She does the job, her awesome staff has great follow up but she'll also personally ask and listen, know your family and pets names and ask about them, she cares about people while providing great dental services. She's honest, funny and extremely smart. I'm at ease on any ride to see Dr. Diane because I know I'm in good hands as are my family and friends I've referred. We love her!

Horrible experience!! Not only are you lucky to get one scheduled appointment within a year time period. Her front staff are extremely unprofessional and unorganized! My teeth have been neglected because my "insurance" doesn't cover my molars. So I was left with no guidance or referrals to get it addressed. She could care less if you get an infection and become septic.. Her quality of work is botched and extremely rushed! She will leave your teeth sharp and jaggedly painful! Highly recommend picking a different dentist!

What an amazing dentist!! All of the staff is wonderful. The hygienist was friendly, thorough & experienced. Dr. Rademacher was the best! She talked through the entire procedure & let me know everything she was going to do. She also answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'm just really thrilled to have found such an awesome dentist!

Dr. Rademacher and Dr. Kluth are the best! The staff are always very friendly. Best dentist office I've ever been to. Very thankful to have found them.
