Dr. Radcliffe was born and raised in Richmond, Va. He completed his undergraduate degree at Randolph-Macon College majoring in Biology and Mathematics. He received his dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia and also obtained a Masters in Business from the College of William and Mary. He opened his dental practice in Burgess in 1992.

In addition to his practice of dentistry Dr. Radcliffe enjoys sailing on the Chesapeake as well as competing in local regattas. He has also enjoyed racing bicycles and local running events. Lately, he has developed an interest in the sport of triathlon, and competes in several events each year.

Amber M. Walker RDH is a native of the Northern Neck. She graduated from Northumberland High School and returned to the area after completing dental hygiene school. She has worked for Dr. Radcliffe since 2002.

Amber and her husband Brendan, have two sons and reside in White Stone. The family loves boating, baseball and swimming. Ambers motivation is to help others with optimal oral hygiene care for a healthier smile and body.
