*****Update****** I had to take some time to calm down before writing this. I am still very upset, but I will never support this business again and I highly recommend you get a second opinion before having your child seen at this office. What is done can not be undone, and I feel like a have let down my oldest by letting them treat his dental issues. My 6 year old was seen at the racine office and had all but 4 of his teeth capped. A few months later he started getting abscesses above one tooth and getting in to have someone see him and schedule something was about impossible. No one even offered to give us antibiotics for the very obvious infection. We were scheduled for the tooth to be pulled and then told it couldn't be done and then sent to the brown deer office who didn't even want to see him. They finally pulled the infected tooth under nitrous but made my 6 year old go into the room by himself. He came out tears rolling down his face and so upset. Meanwhile I was also seeing their offices about my 2 year old that has the same poor genetics when it comes to teeth, the Dr at racine set up a plan of care for him to get several caps as well, but no one would call us back. I finally spoke to someone at brown deer while my older son was being seen and was told that the drs there would not see him. I was told to call my insurance and harass them untill they would send me somewhere else. This led me to the kenosha health department. They were not able to recommend us to anyone because tooth town is literally the only one that takes the ppo we had. The entire office was shocked that the only option we were given for the 2 year olds minor cavities was caps. But they became very concerned when my 6 year old told him about his robot mouth they gave him. Please parents.... get a second opinion... switch your ppo.... do whatever you must to not make the same mistake I did. ***end update**** I was very concerned after seeing some reviews, but Dr K and the staff at tooth town were amazing! Very clean, well kept, up to date equipment. They were gentle spoken and kind to my 5 year old. I was presently suprises

I took my daughter here when she was around 18mo because I noticed she had some bad front teeth. The dentists in Racine were very nice turns out she has early childhood caries. She was too young for any treatment so they recommended coming back when she turned 2yrs. So I anxiously waited for that appointment as her teeth got worse. When we came in for the next appointment they made a treatment plan and said she would be put under and have the teeth removed but it would have to be done at the one in Brown Deer. A week before that appointment they called and said the Dr actually recommends laughing gas. When we got to our appointment and it was her turn the dental assistant expected my 2 yr old to happily walk to the back room with out me with drs she has never seen before and in a place she had never been. When she started crying the dentist came out and refused to work on her because she was scared and wouldn't go back without her parents. Tooth town wasted over 6 months of our time we could have been finding a pediatric dentist who could actually help us. My daughters teeth continue to decay because no one takes state insurance. Even the children hospital has a 15 month wait. It really breaks my heart that children have to suffer with bad healthcare.

I drove 40 minutes to Tooth Town Racine, and it was so worth it. EVERYONE WAS SO PLEASANT. I was nervous and unsure about Tooth Town. However when we finally made it I knew I was in the right place. They are compassionate and gentle with Children and Parents.

I don't feel comfortable with this place. They say my daughter needa 9 caps put in and will have IV sedation but I can't be in the room. It was quick assumption and the lady dentist mouth was rolling as if she was on some type of drugs. I may get a second opinion

Let Me Start By Saying THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! Was Told My Daughter Had 3 Very Shallow Cavities And That They Can Give Laughing Gas And Do A NEEDLE LESS Filling Procedure, I Get There We Go Into The Procedure Room , Lay My Daughter On The Chair , The Dentist Tells Me To LEAVE and wait in the waiting Room. I Look Around There's No Laughing Gas Tank In Sight and NEEDLES Laying On The Procedure Table , When I Signed A Consent Form To A Laughing Gas Procedure!!! I Took My Daughter Off The Table and said NEVER MIND !! Their NO PARENT In The Room Procedure Is a HORRIBLE thing !! DONT Go Here !!! They Would Of Poked My baby With Needles If I Would Of Left Her Back There !! She's Only 3 !!!

The scheduling staff is horrible!! My son never even made it for an appointment because the front desk girl is horrrible at her job. They tell you call back to confirm the appt but how can I when I call and she answers and puts me on hold for over 5 mins. She then calls me back and I miss it so because she didn't hear from me that moment she canceled my sons appt and gave it to someone else. All in a matter of 4 hours! She seriously don't have a clue how to make simple appts and follow up calls. If the front desk staff is this bad I guess it's a blessing my son never made it in the chair! Horrible horrible experience with this business.

When I made the appointment, I explained that my son had special needs and asked if I would be allowed to be back with him. I was told yes. I was asked about how the needs would impact his experience at the dentist. I answered them. I was impressed. Too bad that was the last good experience with this office. First, 15 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, the dentist came out and explained they were running a bit late and he apologized. He said it wouldn't be much longer. It was. They didn't come for my kids until a full 40 minutes after the first appointment time. O.k. Things happen. But what happened next was not acceptable. I was informed that I could not go back with my children due to covid-19. My kids have never seen these people before. My son has special needs. And I was told I could go back. I explained this. She went and got her supervisor who told me that I couldn't go back. I explained why I was insisting on going back. She said she would talk to the dentist. They were back within a couple of seconds, so there is no way they explained to the dentist why I wanted to go back with at least my son. I was told no. So we left. My children's doctor does not tell me that I cannot go back with them due to covid-19. But some dentist that we have never seen expects me to be ok. with it?

When you schedule your appointment, make sure the person you talk to knows what they are doing. Don't think that because it is their job you are good to go. Had I known that I wouldn't have wasted 2.5 hours of my day driving there and back to be told after my daughter's x-rays that they could not see her. They did not take our insurance which they had on file when they schedule this appointment 6 weeks ago. Keep up the good work!

Had an appointment set for a consultation and I drive an hour to get here and they don't have me on the schedule. Then they couldn't even offer to see me and that I would have to reschedule. Look of you have a professional business and can't get the schedule right, what else can't you get right. I refuse to have them work on my kids teeth. 0 stars

They really need to get a new receptionist. She was quite rude when I first called to set up an appointment. She was rude all around during and even after the visit. I can understand if you have a bad day but if you hate your job, no need to stick around and treat people in a hateful manner. Still waiting for the call to set up an appointment for my son to get surgery done. His appointment was on Oct. 14th and you would think they'd call to let us know what is going on. The receptionist said she'd call back within a week. Well, it's been 11 days. No call. Nothing. Update: they never called. We went to a different dentist.
