Dr. Rachell Richman has been practicing Dentistry for over 22 years. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of dentistry, in 2000. She relocated to Olathe from Imperial, Nebraska, where she owned her dental practice for 14 years. She purchased Dr. James Scott's practice in November of 2017. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Colorado Dental Association. She enjoys practicing all forms of Family Dentistry, but she especially enjoys treating children. She resides in Delta, Colorado, with her husband and their two children.
Marisol is a familiar face; she started as Dr. Scott's assistant. She has been a dental assistant for six years. In 2019, she attended the National School of Dental Assisting in Grand Junction, where she earned her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant Certificate. Dr. Richman enjoys having her as her assistant! She is a tremendous asset to the practice; she is bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. Marisol is originally from Olathe; she knows just about everyone in town! She has a Daughter and a Son.
Lisa has been in the dental profession for 37 years. She started as a Dental Technician in the United States Navy in 1985, and has been both an assistant and upfront. She received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certificate from Orange Technical College in 1990, and she earned her Registered Dental Assistant Certificate from Minneapolis Community and Technical College in 2001. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management. Lisa has lived in six states; and the country of Japan. Her home state is Minnesota. She relocated to Colorado to join her husband, originally from Lamar. She has two Sons, two Step-Sons, and three Granddaughters.

Very easy, hassle free and simple. Dr Rachell got me in and out, she is so down to earth and kind. They got me right in when I had a minor situation and was not an existing patient. Very appreciative!

Dr Richman was very nice and answered all my questions regarding my tooth. She was very gentle and I experienced no pain. No wonder why many folks I know like her. I'm so happy to find a dentist who cares and not try to squeeze money out of my pocket.

We love going to Dr Richman's dental practice! If you're looking for a new dentist check her out! Everyone on staff is incredibly nice, thoughtful, kind, and caring. Dr Richman and staff are kind and gentle w kids too. My kids love going to the dentist again! They are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and the environment is clean, peaceful, and comfortable. They text you reminders of your appointment, which I love! They make scheduling easy. They do nitrous oxide, laughing gas, too which is a nice option for calming the nerves if you need work done on your teeth.

Dr Richman and her staff are very friendly and professional. As far as dentists go, this one of the very few that I really don't mind going to. They go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable, and make the experience a lot more relaxing than most dentists I've been to.
