Dr. Rachel T. Deal grew up in Ripley Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville on a golf scholarship. She later attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2003. After Dental school, she worked under the tutelage of a prestigious pediatric dentist in Little Rock. It was at this time that Dr. Rachel discovered her niche for providing dentistry to their younger patients. She has been treating adults and children of all ages in Greenbrier, AR since 2004. She is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and an Associate Member of the American Orthodontic Society. She attended the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics where she was taught Botox and Dermal Filler treatment techniques to enhance the smile. In 2013, she was added to the Heritage Registry of Who's Who and was named One of America's Top Dentist's by the Consumers' Research Council of America. She is a DOCS Education member and has completed DOCS Education Oral Sedation Dentistry and Pediatric Sedation Dentistry programs.

Heather works in the front office and joined our team in 2021. She loves getting to interact with our patients and see their smiling faces when they walk through the doors. She lives in Greenbrier with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, anything that involves being outdoors, and watching her daughter play softball.

Traci lives on a farm in Greenbrier with her husband, Shannon, her son, Sawyer and her miniature Australian Shepherd, Sunnie Pearl. Farm life is the best teacher for hard work and life lessons and is her favorite place to be. She also enjoys attending Sawyer's sports and school activities, volunteering at school and church, going to the lake, camping and fishing. She graduated from UAMS in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. What she loves about being a dental hygienist is the interaction with the patients, which builds friendships over time, all while improving their health and smile.

Corey and her husband live in Greenbrier. Her son and daughter-in-law are also local residents. She grew up in Tennessee, studied at Memphis State and graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental Hygiene School in 1991. She loves lake life, exercising and animals. One of Corey's favorite aspects of dentistry is helping patients overcome anxiety. She enjoys helping patients have a positive and comfortable dental experience. She has been working with Dr. Rachel since 2020.

Grace has been a part of Dr. Rachel's team since 2018 when she started as a high school intern. She became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2020. She enjoys getting to know her patients and working with a great team. She is a pre-dental student at UCA. Grace enjoys spending time with her Goldendoodle named Stella, going to the lake, and traveling.

Kayla became a Registered Dental Assistant and joined Dr. Rachel's team in 2020. She is also certified in surgical technology, and enjoys working with people. She lives in Greenbrier with her husband Jimmy and their four daughters. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys attending all of her kids activities.

Brenda graduated Pulaski Technical College with her dental assistant certification in 2012. Brenda has experience in all fields of dentistry, but working with children is her passion. Putting our patients first is her number one priority, and she works hard to ensure they feel comfortable and have an enjoyable experience in our office When she isnt working she enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden and cross stitching.
