Please do yourself a favor a pick a different dentist. Terrible experience. I called in to make an appointment for my son as he had not been to the dentist in a while. They gave me an appointment and I arranged my work schedule to take him in. In the meantime my son had fell and hit his tooth, we had an appointment anyways in that week so I knew he would get it checked out. Arrived there 15 minutes before the appointment. Took an hour before they brought us to the back. All they did was look at the tooth and said yeah it's going to fall off on its own. Now here it's where it gets frustrating. The dentist mumbled something to herself and then I asked if his tooth was fine and she said that's what I just said. So rude. Anyways then she tells her assistant to schedule another appointment to which I said wait, you're not going to do anything today? And she said no, can't you see how many patients I have? We squeezed you in, if you want work done the appointment won't be for a while, I said the receptionist didn't say this when I made the appointment. I was very angered. My son is also in the spectrum and requires special needs. I told her more than likely he will need to be referred to a specialist for kids and she said your son is almost 7 he should know how to behave. At this point I was done with this place. We walked out. Very unprofessional and rude. You are not the only dentist out there, we will gladly go to someone who is capable.
