I've never had a problem with this dentist, even tho I've only been once, today was the 2nd time and it was not a pleasant visit . I was called to the back with another young lady, she got a cleaning. Before the DA was done with my X-Rays, he was done with the cleaning. So I'm expecting the Dr, Black American and I still don't know his name, but the mistake I made was signing treatment before it was done, but anyway, I heard the Dr say, I'll be with you. Not long I heard him speaking with a lady that they said had gotten there at 1:55 and I got there at 2:10 which was odd, than why call me back? So 40 minutes went by and he still in there talking. Ok at this point I'm thinking, I can just make another appointment. The Dr heard me say I'm leaving and the assistants, nobody cared. At that point I don't ever want to go where I'm not wanted. I guess my cleaning wasn't going to rack up the money on those crowns he was discussing. And that's fine. But there are small offices that will have empathy and compassion with there patients unlike this office. Good Bye If you have good insurance and an adult, don't go there, your bound to get carried

I made an appointment with them 2 weeks ago. Front desk person never took any insurance info down nor did she call to confirm I was coming in today. Got there and I had to wait 1hour and 30 minutes to be seen mind you my appointment is at 5:30pm The dentist thought I had amerigroup insurance but I didn't I have beam. The next 30 to 40min front desk lady is trying to act like she's doing her job. Mind you she just told another client that she's only been there for 1 month and really didn't know how to do everything! I need to speak to the manager of this practice before I take further precautions

Dr. Davis is a horrible dentist. He was very rude, cut me off every time I tried to speak and made me uncomfortable. I will not bring my child to him or this dental office again. The fact that he is still employed here is beyond me.

Such a great service !! Dr Davis is the best I went for an extraction and he just take like 10 min after the anesthesia do his job and then the tooth was out , he is so gentle and has a lot of empathy with the patient is a lovely person ,all the team at front are so nice ,Katherin Klee was the lady who make my appointment and do the reminders and explain me everything I have to know about my procedure . She did a great job also , thank you so much definitely is my new and only place to go for my dental care. :)
