Im terrified of the dentist, but not these guys. They made me feel so calm and comfortable that it was honestly a pleasure being there. Super polite, patient staff. Really felt like they cared if I was taken care of, which is nice. Excellent place, would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Von Hanks grew up in Pocatello, Idaho. After finishing Brigham Young University, where he majored in Zoology, he attended the University of Washington Dental School. He graduated in 1989 with a Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS). He established his practice in Bellingham shortly thereafter. Over the years, he has been active in various dental study clubs and has attended numerous continuing education courses. He completed a comprehensive two year course in Orthodontics and has received training in dental implant placement. He enjoys woodworking, photography, landscaping, and spending time with his 4 children.

Super good Dental here. Not my first visit I had my wisdom teeth pulled very good job now I had my teeth deep cleaned and GiGi was Amazing. Much better than I thought very nice and informative. Always knew when I needed a little support. Highly recommended

Always prompt, personable and professional. I wish I could spend time with the doctor and his staff outside of the office. They're great! Prices are reasonable and they take nearly every insurance. Highly recommend!

I very much appreciate doctor Hanks and his whole team. Doctor Hanks is to the point, but doesn't suggest needless replacements or procedures. And the entire team is extremely warm and welcoming, they feel almost like extended family

I had my routine cleaning done. Shannon, the hygienist, did a thorough and excellent job with cleaning my teeth. No pain with cleaning.She goes the extra mile with getting stains out and always runs on time. Shannon does an excellent job!!

I'm happy to recommend Dr. Hanks to anyone who needs a professional who works with care and sensitivity. I'm sending a special shoutout to Shannon, the hygienist (is that designation correct?) who always seems to have at the ready whatever is needed--in my case, dark glasses and dim lights to ease my headache--and continued right on with taking care of my teeth.
