The extra three years of training in prosthodontics allows me to completely understand the importance of balance and harmony as it relates to restoring a patients smile. This training also gives me the knowledge to offer many treatment alternatives specifically designed for each patient.
Dr. Davis was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He earned his bachelors degree in biology from University of North Texas, he then continued his education, earning a DDS degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. After four years of dental school, Dr. Davis attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry for three years where he completed his specialty Prosthodontic Residency program. Dr. Davis attends regular continuing education programs and holds membership in these prestigious dental organizations:
When he isnt creating sensational smiles or studying the latest dental developments, Dr. Davis enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, traveling, attending sporting events, and riding his Harley.

Dr Troup Davis let me begin. I have had major teeth problems my whole life. I have Sjogren's Syndrome which is an auto immune Syndrome where your body does not produce hardly any saliva. Which I came to find out literally just eats your teeth away. After seeing many dentists over the course of about 10 years, my pray's were finally answered. Finally I met Dr. Davis and his wonderful team. By this time I had no teeth left. First of all Dr Davis and his great team took over my mouth. Implants were way out of my $ ballpark. Well after many X-rays and impressions, he let me ( with his guidance ) choose the color of my teeth, and the positioning of my new dentures. It was a work of art. My new "teeth" are so comfortable. They look exactly like I was born with them. They certainly do not look like, " Oh he's wearing dentures."They do not move a bit with adhesive, and I was left with a perfectly functioning set of teeth. It totally surprised me since I had not one tooth to go by. Lastly I need to mention Chris, his assistant. She, from day one took the bull by the horns and set the whole process moving forward at a fast pace, always there for any questions even helping me with my prior dentists and with my claim from my insurance co. To sum up, if you're fed up with your Dentists/ and or Prostadontist look no further than this office. You will be pleasantly surprised. Scott Braunstein

Dr. Davis may be nice but, put a crown on incorrectly. His assistant Chris is another terrible story. Chris put on a temporary crown, twice as the first one was wrong and she had to do it again. It cracked as soon as I got home. I preferred to wait until my crown was ready because she is combative and rude on the telephone when trying to schedule an appointment due to my work hours. I was just told by a Prosthodontic that my crown does not fit and bacteria has been getting into the pocket. I called the office and spoke to Chris, she was rude and argumentative after I informed her of what the Prosthodontic told me. She requested x rays and then told me to come in so Dr. Davis could look at it. I'd rather pay all over again to avoid frustration and get it done correctly. Avoid the headache in going to this office.

I had an amazing experience visiting Dr. Davis' office twice. I recently relocated to Florida and needed care post COVID for a wisdom tooth extraction and filings + additional services. He took care of me in both visits. His office team is amazing - Chris & Jennifer. Very clean, organized and high tech practice. Will use this office for all future needs. One and done. Dr. Troup is nice and he may well be a very good dentist, but his dental assistant, Chris, has a terrible bedside manner, and she is unable to deal with the needs of patients who work full-time. If this does not change, it will be a problem for this office in the future with the changing demographic in this area.

Fantastic dentist. How I found them was I emailed every dentist in town - because I have a beautiful smile and teeth - about if they can accommodate a specific plan for my teeth. They emailed me back right away. What that signified to me, and what I've experienced the last two years, is Customer Focus. It's hard to a customer focused dentist in Naples. Well after 2 years, the dentist has been fantastic, and he's a realist. He won't tell you what you want to hear, he cares about our teeth and what you need to do to keep them looking great. I highly recommend. Matter of fact, my wife and her whole family has switched to this office. So not only do I recommend to family and friends, they actually came. Each family member has come back and has a great story from when they were there and how much different the atmospheric is at this office than past experiences. Thank you!!! Greatness deserves praise!!

I had to have two crowns replaced that I broke while on travel to California. Dr. Davis and his staff helped with me an immediate appointment for evaluation. They were able to get new crowns made and installed that match the color of my other teeth perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. Davis if you are looking for a dentist in the Naples area.
