Dr. Smith runs a very impressive practice. His offices are state-of-the art and models of efficiency. Staff is very professional and friendly. And my results fully met my highest expectations. I am a huge fan of Invisalign as well as of Scott Smith and his team. And their Covid-19 precautions are the best I have seen in any medical practice I have visited this year. I highly recommend this practice.

I just finished my Invisalign journey through Dr. Smith and his team and I would recommend them to everyone. I primarily visited the Enfield office, but when I needed a last minute appointment they were more than willing to get me into any one of their offices. Great care, great team and wonderful practice! Thank you Dr Smith for bringing out my smile!

My daughter is 13yrs old. She hates going to Dr. Smith. She said the last time she was there he was condescending and dismissive with her. I only write this because she was just there yesterday and she came very upset. My daughter has a pretty good read on people and can tell when they are not genuine. Because of the Coronavirus, the office asks parents to wait outside in their cars. The woman that my daughter worked with for her check up showed no empathy or caring for her emotional needs. She harped on my daughter about brushing her gums better and then said, "you are going to give this office a bad impression with your new orthodontist". Mind you Dr. Smith, we pay you, we hired you, remember and remind your staff that your office relies on referrals. Might be time to hang up the ortho tools and spend ALL that money your clients have paid you over the years.

I have been going here since I was 10 (now 15), and just recently gotten my braces off! Dr. Scott and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. The office is a great size & is always nice and clean when I come for an appointment. This has been an amazing experience and I am so happy with my results!

I shopped around for the perfect orthodontist big time. Dr. Smith from day one to this day is the absolute best around. Honest, dedicated, passionate and incredibly hospitable. His experience and knowledge is incomparable to anyone in our area.

I have been going here since I was 10 (now 15), and just recently gotten my braces off! Dr. Scott and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. The office is a great size & is always nice and clean when I come for an appointment. This has been an amazing experience and I am so happy with my results!

Back in the early 80's my children needed orthodontic work and my dentist at the time highly dentist recommended R. Scott Smith. My dentist told me he was the best of the best and he guaranteed me that I would be 100% happy with him. My children went into braces along with myself, the mother whose teeth were a mess. My children teeth are just beautiful and they have brought their children to Dr. Smith. Two of my grandchildren have completed treatment and two are currently under going treatment. The best part of this review is that I was 35 years old when I went into braces. My teeth came out gorgeous after treatment and I faithfully wore my retainer every night until I lost it about 10 years ago. My teeth started to move and I went back in to see Dr. Smith. He made me another retainer which I wear faithfully and my teeth are starting to straighten out. Dr. Smith is an orthodontist who's main priority are his patients and seeing success with every patient. As I was told he is the best of the best and he continues to be very successful. Thank you Dr. Smith for all the years of service you have given me and my family! You a five star dedicated orthodontist. My recommendation goes out to Dr. Smith always!
