Interesting to say the least. Initial appointment was okay. It wasnt until my consultation that I realized they did not even contact my insurance to verify my policy, but instead, gave me a guesstimate number on what they felt I should be paying. On top of that, the Dr. picked up a call in the middle of the appointment. Just rude and disrespectful. There are other options to choose from.

Amazing dental office, professional, curious, always helpful. Even when you call after hours they always answer and do everything they can to assist. 5 stars for sure.

Everyone is so nice, even my child said so after surgery. Office seems very efficiently run. We have felt well taken care of throughout our experience.

Dr. Freimuth had a plan from the very beginning. I realized I had full support of the team the first time we met. Then on surgery day, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. The whole process was superb all the way through the follow up appointment. Thank you all so much once again.

I was a bit nervous, it being my first oral surgery, but the staff and Doctors himself were kind. They helped me to feel calm and I'm thankful for their help. Tammy was very helpful

Staff was excellent! Did my first surgery for my implant and it went smooth. Staff really made me feel comfortable before the surgery. They're great!

I really recommend this doctor they have great staff amazing care and treat you with the upmost respect. The doctor and staff will talk you through eveey step of the procedure

Staff is very friendly. I had an oral surgery to remove wisdom teeth, and it was very simple and painless. I was able to reach out to the staff at any moment for questions and Dr Friemuth is very professional.

I went in for a exam from my primary dentist because I had a referral. I needed a surgical extraction and they told me that My exam consultation was going to be covered 100% with my insurance. Then a couple months later I get a past due notice from a collection company instead of them being brave and calling me and telling me I have a balance. When I contact the surgical dentist their office advised me that because I had already had two exams in one year they wouldn't cover it so I owe them money. Well guess what I haven't received one notice or any calls and now I'm getting a notice in the mail saying that they've charged me three extra dollars and I'm in collections. I think this is a very unprofessional and I should've been told several times or been sent a statement before sending me to actual collections I will never go to this place again

My experience with everyone at Dr. Freimuth's office has been nothing but great. The office staff is so kind and always greets you with a smile. They are very thorough in all they do. I would highly recommend anyone to this practice.
