My son was a first time patient of Dr. Richardson. Dr. Richardson and staff are very very personable and friendly. However, at my son's appointment, the hygienist told me she saw a couple of questionable spots on his X-rays that she flagged for the Dr. to review. When the Dr. came into the room, he proceeded to count 3 cavities. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from my long time family dentist. Not only did my dentists state my son had beautiful great teeth, he also stated he had ZERO cavities!!! As a another reviewer has also stated - "This concerns me and I am left to wonder if they are fraudulently diagnosing children with cavities that don't exist and whether Dr. Richardson was planning to drill into perfectly healthy teeth. This is both disheartening and despicable. So while Dr. Richardson is both personable and friendly, I would recommend a 2nd opinion if he says your child needs treatment." I couldn't agree more! Sadly, I won't be back. My neighbor also had the same experience. Beware!

Go here if you want the best dental work for your kid. As the kid who was in the seat, I can say that my experience with the dentist has been phenomenal. My husband has a fear of the dentist and I just couldn't understand why. The dentist was always fun to me because the friendly staff made me feel safe and the waiting room had so many good distractions for kids to not think about the appointment behind the door. Never had a bad experience here, yall are awesome. thank you for always being great honest and integral doctors, nurses, and staff.

Caring facility that took care of our son's cavities. They kept me informed during and after the procedure. They did engage in very unprofessional billing. Got an initial bill from them that was not even itemized or contain a date of service or patient name. Just here pay this. Upon speaking with them about it they did apologize, which doesn't happen often enough in this world so we appreciated that. Had a fiasco with our two in network PPO's, and while we feel someone should have known that with two in network PPO's with great coverage we probably shouldn't be getting a bill, it was ultimately our primary that paid wrong and then doubled down when we called about it. We can't really blame Dr. Richardson's office for that. Had our insurance done the right thing from the beginning, we would have thought highly of this office. So while I am very tired and upset by the billing issue, it's only fair to admit that it was no one's fault. They did a good job with our son, and all is well that ends well.

My son, who is 10 yo, has had bad experiences in the past with other dentists but Dr. Richardson is as great as his reviews! He is very good at what he does and especially very intuitive with the children's needs. I also have a 13 yo who sees him and has had a great experience. We are so happy my children have found their dentist with Dr. Richardson's. In addition, their whole staff are as positive and kind as the dentist. We are so grateful!

My 6 year old daughter has been seeing Dr. Richardson since she was 18 months old, and though we have moved 50 miles from Corona, we still come to the office for her dentistry. Dr. Richardson and his staff have always been so friendly and kind, and you can tell how much they care about their patients. My daughter loves going to the dentist and it's because of their great care!

I love this office so much! They are so kind, caring and loving! The way they make me feel is like we've known them forever! My girls love going there. When I tell them we're going they legit get excited! Amazing doctor and amazing staff!

This was the cleanest, most beautiful dentists' office I have ever seen, and the staff were so kind and professional. The whole experience was so wonderful and unexpected I don't know what else to say. If you are looking for the highest quality dentist in the Inland Empire go see Dr. Richardson in Corona, Ca

We had a great first visit! The staff were all very friendly and explained everything with both of my boys and myself. They were very patient. I feel confident in Dr. Richardson and his staff with future visits. My boys left happy and had a good experience which is very important to me. Thank you!

They provided great service. Nine teeth had to be removed to make room for the adult ones. Staff was friendly and made sure she was comfortable during the process.

Better than 5 stars! Always above and beyond. Privileged to have Dr. Richardson as my daughters dentist. She loves and looks forward to every visit. She is 13 and still doesn't know a shot is involved when getting fillings! I have never been part of such a well oiled machine......THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY WE VISIT 2 TIMES A YEAR!

When the Dr. came into the room, he proceeded to count 8 cavities. He then recounted and said my son had 9 cavities. I decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Not only did both other dentists state my son did not have 9 cavities, they both said he has zero cavities. I am left to wonder whether the hygienist and Dr. are working together to fraudulently diagnose children with cavities that don't exist and whether Dr. Richardson was planning to drill into perfectly healthy teeth. This is both disheartening and despicable. So while Dr. Richardson is both personable and friendly, I would recommend a 2nd opinion if he says your child needs treatment.

Dr. Richardson and the entire staff are amazing! My son has visited other dentist offices and never liked going to the dentist because he has 2 cavities. When we came to our appointment I was terrified he would have more cavities. Dr. Richardson and the staff were gentle and informative to both my son (5 years) and daughter (2 years) check up. The kids left happy with their tokens and No cavities!!! Thank you for making our dentist experience fun

Dr Richardson and staff are very patient with my 2 small children. There were minimal tears and the exam was thorough. Thankful for a great & trustworthy dentist!
