This review is tremendously late however about 12 years ago I was in elementary school and had top braces with Dr Del Priore. It was a long multi-year treatment to fix badly placed teeth. At the time, the entire treatment was promised to cost a fixed price to my mother who was footing the bill. When the top braces were done and the bottom was ready to be worked on, Del Priore quoted a totally new price (an obscene amount) and we refused leaving them kicking us out of their office. Now I am 25 with my own dental insurance having to fix the mistakes that Del Priore made. In the last full year, I have had to have 2 14-tray treatments of Invisalign (28 in total) with elastics, and now partial braces on my bottom teeth (also with elastics). My teeth are slowly getting into place, but I will never forgive this office for the troubles they have given me and my mother. No one should have to deal with invisalign or braces in their 20s especially if you had treatment in elementary school. If you are looking for orthodontist work, find another place to go because they are liars and charge a large premium which I can say is true from first-hand experience now.

I'm not someone who particularly loves the orthodontist because braces aren't fun but I've been going to Dr. Melone for a while now and it is a really great place and made my experience MUCH better than my first time around. From the dentists to the staff, they are all such kind people. One of the assistants named Natalia is always there with a smile on her face and makes the appointment a pleasant experience! I had braces back when I was 14 at a different office and unfortunately did not have the results I was looking for which lead to me to find Dr. Melones office...getting braces back on again at the age of 23. He was efficient, professional, and very helpful with any questions that I had. He understood what I wanted and knew how to get me there in a timely manner. The entire process was quick and smooth! They always helped with finding me an appointment with my busy schedule and working with my payment plan. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a dentist's office in the downtown area. Thank you for my smile!!

I would like to give a warm recommendation for Dr. Melone! Dr. Melone provided a superb treatment to my daughter in 2 emergency cases.Dr. Melone is trustworthy, professional, caring, and honest. We had several relocations and in each country, we had to find a local orthodontist but Dr. Melone is by far the best one! Dr. Melone is the orthodontic you want for your kids.

Absolutely amazing doctor and service. The offices are clean and organized. The ladies working there are sweet and thoughtful and cheery. My daughter came in for braces and the experience was easy, fun, quick and painless. Dr Melone is available even when office is closed. I called when we had an emergency. The Dr called me back in 5 min and offered to meet us at the office right away to fix the problem (emergency was not related to dr. Melones work on her teeth). I feel at home in their clinic. Knowledgeable, professional, personal service. Can't get any better. Thank you Dr. Melone for all your help.
