I've seen Dr. Pagan for two root canals. I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. Pain free, and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I get very very nervous with anything related to dentistry and I explained all my concerns with Dr. Pagan and he was very understanding and helped calm me down with some extra numbing. A few days after my procedure I called with having more than ordinary pain and they had me come in right away looked at my tooth and prescribed me with an antibiotic and a steroid. I have been feeling great since, I've had no issues with my temp and my dentist even commented on how nice my temp filling is. Very very pleased. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Dr. Pagan!

Had 2 root canals here and my regular dentist said they were done really well (I didn't tell them where I went so no bias). Dr Pagan was gentle and his assistant was very sweet and attentive. The procedure was painless. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a root canal. *YES the procedure was quiet and procedural so if you want to know what's going on just ask questions.* Another review mentioned this and they are right that it was all business and no small talk. I was fine with this because the doctor was nice and I didn't need a step by step explanation of the root canal. I just needed it done and done well. If your the kind of person who wants lots of personal interaction and chit chat then you won't find it here. If you want a gentle doctor who's happy to answer your questions and quietly focuses and does a good job then he's your guy.

Wow!! Dr. Pagan and his Assistant. I'm so sorry I forgotten her name but she was super sweet. This practice deserving of a five star rating! They had excellent customer service! From the time I walked in it such a peace atomphere. Dr. Pagan made me feel so comfortable and calm. He has a very sweet spirit and he is very gentle. What an awesome visit I had. Too bad they dont do crown or any other basic dental work. If so I wouldn't mine coming to them for my regular dental work and cleanings. Come here to get your root canal taking care of you I guarantee you will be in good hands!

Dr Pagan did exclude final restore on a molar procedure and filling. I still have issues and was told at office the final amount I owed after insurance paid. Paid in full and now they have sent a bill for additional costs. Completely wrong! My insurance states not patients liability.

Dr. Pagan treated me very well and did a great job with the root canal. I had been in a bicycle accident the afternoon before and he was able to see me on a Friday without an appointment and get in done quickly enough so that I could make an another medical visit. I greatly appreciated the quality of his work and his flexibility.

They confirmed my Dental Insurance and informed me of the exact amount I was responsible for. Painless root canal. Had my root canal done on a Friday and the office even called on Monday to make sure I was not having any issues. I would highly recommend.

I can not say enough about this Endodontist in Fredericksburg. I have been a patient for over 12 years and have had to get several root canals and even one surgery on an old root canal done many years ago. The front office has always gotten me in fast as I am usually in pain. I am diagnosed quickly by great equipment. I have never felt the shots at all or the procedure and have always recovered very quickly. This last one which prompted the review was a crowned tooth with no pain, just sensitive...but I had swollen nodes for 2 months!! I was seen in one day, put on antibiotics and scheduled 2 days later. In and out in 30 min. 3 hours later I feel well for the first time in 2 months!!

Wonderful Doctor!! Did my root canal and never felt the needle and was done in an hour!! I am a current employee and was skeptical at first myself but quickly became a believer! Painful root canals are a thing of the past with Dr. Pagan!!!

Excellent doctor. I dread dental work. The shots were barely noticeable. The doc and assistant were very nice, they explained everything well. When my tooth began to become more sensitive during the root canal, the doc quickly gave me more anesthesia. Definitely recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! My in-network dentist referred me to Dr. Pagan for a root canal. When I called his office to schedule an appointment I was informed of the price and that they were out of my network, and therefore required full prepayment. They added "we will bill your insurance company as a courtesy". In hindsight, that was a disingenuous statement which turned out to be subterfuge for "no need to call your insurance company". Had I done so, I would have discovered that Dr. Pagan's charges were MORE THAN TWICE the going rate for the procedure. My naivete (call stupidity) cost me almost $1000 in ADDITIONAL out of pocket expenses....all of it a windfall for the Dr. Pagan team. There were several in-network root canal specialists within 25 miles of Dr. Pagan's office.

I went earlier this year. They charge an arm and a leg for a copy of a CT scan of a few teeth not even a full scan. Way more than what I just paid for a full CT scan of my teeth. My regular dentist did a cold test and I didn't respond to a couple of teeth so when I went there he CT scanned a couple of teeth and said he doesn't do the cold test... today I went to a new endo that does the cold test. Had one root canal there. I was in more pain after- I contacted them and was told it was probably a sinus infection. I had removed the tooth a month later and was told good thing I did I had an infection.
