I loved my first visit to Royse City Family Dental! I was dreading picking a new dentist and everything they would need to do. However, the experience here was so pleasant and unlike my previous dental office that I was left speechless. I put off going to the dentist for two years due to the pandemic and was worried about the state of my teeth. They took care of me and took all the precautions necessary to protect me due to being pregnant as well. The doctor and staff are very professional and caring. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone in Royse City and beyond! The x-ray process was a breeze too which was also unlike my past experiences. They took all the worry out of going to the dentist. Don't hesitate to go here-- it's a very calming environment and they will take good care of you.

This place is incredible! They watched my 5 month old while I got my teeth cleaned as I was unable to find a babysitter beforehand. The staff is so friendly and efficient and I will recommend them to anyone I come across. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars

Dr. Deepa Gaddam is courteous, friendly and really takes the time to explain everything very well. Her assistants are also very nice and helpful. My teeth definitely feel clean :)

Me and my family had an amazing experience with Dr. Goddam and I couldn't leave without letting her and the other ladies there know how thankful I am for their care and patience with all of us. It has been years for me since my last dentist appointment because of horrible past experiences but due to a cracked tooth and pain and sensitivity, I decided it was time to face my fears. I'm glad I was brave enough to visit this dentistry because the service was amazing! The location was clean and very inviting. I am happy to call this my family's dentist from here on out.

I love the atmosphere and how there are plenty of games for kids to play with and shows for them to watch. Everyone in general is very nice and friendly too!

I was visiting my brother when I had a tooth pain. I remembered seeing the dentist building near his home. I called and was seen the next morning. Dr. Gaddam and her staff were super friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend them!

From our arrival everything went well. Beginning with the front desk receptionist was very welcoming and calm. I loved that, inmediatly we feel a good ambience. The dentist assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful with our questions before the doctor arrived. I even asked her about a tooth that was bothering me and she help me to talk to the doctor and get an appointment right away. My son had a very bad experience when he was little with another dentist until we found one kids dentist that was marvelous. My son now is 19th and he was afraid to see a new one. But Dr. Deepa Gaddam was just wonderful. She inmediatly made my son feel at easy she talked to him about the process beforehand. He was happy to be able to make the next appointment in 6 months. I am happy he has found his new and forever dentist. I was also able to see the dentist right after my son and I am glad I did she caught a fee problems before they get too much. Prices and plans are so affordable, I told all my family already we found our family dentist for our adult kids now.

Dr. Gaddam and her staff were remarkable, informative, and thorough. Understanding about insurance and the timing that works best, they created a treatment plan and she saved me money by spacing things out. Will definitely be back for my next cleaning.
