Dr. Eissens was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. After completing dental school, he practiced as an associate dentist in Winfield, Illinois and Yorkville, Illinois for four years. He bought this practice in November of 2008
Dr. Eissens performs all phases of general dentistry. He is committed to continuing education in order to stay current with all the trends and technology available in the field of dentistry. He is particularly interested in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, and CAD/CAM technology.
Dr. Eissens is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Fox River Dental Society, the Aurora Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Eissens also served in the United States Navy Reserves Dental Corps, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Dr. Eissens lives in Oswego, Illinois with his wife and two children. He enjoys all types of sports and is an avid fan of the Fighting Illini. His other interests include mountain biking, cars, travel, and spending time with his family.
Diana is our lovely dental assistant. Before coming to work for Dr. Eissens, she was a patient of his for over seven years! We are so happy she became a part of our team. Her friendly smile and positive attitude make our office an even better place to be. Diana lives in Yorkville with her husband and their two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and crafting.
