Dr. Eissens and his team specialize in general dentistry as well as cosmetic dentistry for you and your entire family. We also provide services for emergency dental procedures all while using state-of-the-art technology
As a small office, we have the time and energy needed to give you the excellent, individualized care that you deserve. We have many years of experience in the dental field and are constantly learning about new ways we can serve you better.
Dr. Eissens was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. After completing dental school, he practiced as an associate dentist in Winfield, Illinois and Yorkville, Illinois for four years. He bought this practice in November of 2008
Dr. Eissens performs all phases of general dentistry. He is committed to continuing education in order to stay current with all the trends and technology available in the field of dentistry. He is particularly interested in cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, and CAD/CAM technology.
Dr. Eissens is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Fox River Dental Society, the Aurora Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Eissens also served in the United States Navy Reserves Dental Corps, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Dr. Eissens lives in Oswego, Illinois with his wife and two children. He enjoys all types of sports and is an avid fan of the Fighting Illini. His other interests include mountain biking, cars, travel, and spending time with his family.
Diana is our lovely dental assistant. Before coming to work for Dr. Eissens, she was a patient of his for over seven years! We are so happy she became a part of our team. Her friendly smile and positive attitude make our office an even better place to be. Diana lives in Yorkville with her husband and their two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and crafting.

I have had good experiences so far with the office and doctor Eissens. He is kind and personable and his assistants have all been very patient and attentive.

As a new patient of Dr. Eissens, I was so happy he could work me in last minute today for a minor tooth emergency. Leaving tomorrow morning at 4:00 am so getting an appointment today was crucial. Their office staff & dental assistants are top notch!

My partner was charged close to $500 for a deep cleaning! WITH dental insurance. After his initial visit, they said they would go through his insurance and there "may" be an out of pocket cost but was never informed about the costs until after it was completed. My husband is in the medical profession and was shocked when charged. These is not a transparent business.

We were with another dentist who retired and Dr. R A Eissens took over that practice. The transition was disconcerting for us because we'd been with our dentist for almost 40 years. I am happy to say that we have been very very happy with Dr. Eissens and staff. You guys are the friendliest, most professional, easy going, easy to talk to group of people and I'm thankful we landed here. All the work that's been done has been spot on for what we needed. Thank you Dr. Eissens and staff.

Of course I would get a small chip in my front tooth right before my son's wedding. It's 2020-right on par for this year. One saving grace was the incredible repair that Dr. Eissens was able to do. It looks completely natural. I was not self conscious at all smiling for photos. Thank you Dr. Eissens (and team). I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

The dental work I got done here was shoddy at best. First they told me I had 24 cavities which I have since been told by three other dentists that is a practice used by scam artist dentist to nitpick every small and minor imperfection so they can charge more. I had him do one filling on a molar and the filling was so shallow that not all of the cavity was fixed which led to complete decay a year later, an infection in the roots, and oral surgery with a bone graft. Would never recommend this dentist.

Welp, after years of having a broken tooth because of my fear of Dentist, I had my tooth removed today by Dr Eissens. The staff is friendly, quick and thorough. This was the most pleasant, pain free, dental procedure, I have ever experienced in my life. The only thing I felt was a little pressure, when the tooth was loosened and extracted. I highly recommend R Aaron Eissens for any dental procedures you need, you won't be disappointed .Thank you Dr. Eissens. Oh yeah, and the TV's in the procedure rooms totally blew my mind.
