I had a great day yesterday, Dr. Quint. Sherry did such a great job of cleaning my teeth and I was so surprised you were going to fill the space between my front teeth. Well, I really enjoyed it after you fixed it, but as you surmised, it was gone in the morning when I woke up; I must have swallowed it. It was a brilliant attempt on your part and I really appreciated it. Thank you so very much.

Iniatially I went to Dr. Quint as I had decided to get dental insurance and she was the closest in the Physicians Mutual Dental Insurance to me. I am not even sure that I met Dr. Quint; I was treated for the cleaning etc by the hyfeniest. I will say right now that she is terrific. I have had lots of dentists over my 73+ years, lots of major dental work, peridontal, etc in more than one state by multiple dentists. I have a TERROR of dentists. The hygenists is truly terrific. She helped me also to figure that the dental insurance was not worth it; she is always able to answer my questions about anything dental etc including how much the procedure is. Dr. Quint has I think done one procedure: she pulled one of my teeth. When she came over to the chair I did not even recognize her as the dentist. Truthfully there is another person there, Tony, whom I thought for several years WAS the dentist. I will say Dr. Quint did okay and seemed nice. The first receptionist that was there when I started going to Dr. Quint could always tell me the cost of upcoming procedures. Now about 10 months or so ago, when I went to check out the current receptionist did several things that I did not care for. She made my next appointment with saying a word to me or asking me what day and time I would prefer. Also when I asked her how much the upcoming appointment procedures would be she did not know and told me to call her shortly before the appointments. For me as a retired teacher living with my husband on a very fixed income, I must know well in advance of costs so that I can prepare to work them into our budget. I called soon after that to talk with Michelle about my feelings and she was extremely polite and concerned. Pretty quickly into the telephone call she asked me if I would like to talk with her supervisor. I said yes. It was Tony. I will say that Tony handled my concerns in a very professional, respectful, concerned way. I explained what was bothering me and that I did not want to get anyone in trouble and that I just really needed to know costs etc in advance to prepare for that. I also feel it is important for the receoptionist to ask my day and time preference. Tony resolved all of my questions and we worked everything out in a very satisfactory manner. I was grateful for that. The next time I went into the office for an appointment, I believe it is when Dr. Quint pulled the tooth, everyone seemed more on the 100% attitude and I was not emarrassed about having complained. I will say again that the hyenist and Tony are the two most professional. The receptionist seems to be coming along and more comfortable and organized. She definitely is a very sweet and nice person.

Very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable staff. They are very thorough when offering explanations, advice, and options. The receptionist makes you feel like family. Couldn't ask for a better group.

I was very happy with my dental work, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Just love the staff, explained all the procedures to me answered all my questions. Was gentle pulling my teeth. Made my copies of the process of dentures

First off I don't like that secretary that answered the phone and secondly my kids insurance sent me a letter stating that Jessica Quint was gonna be their new dentist and so I called and apparently they are only doing Howard County and refuse to do other surrounding areas,I'm not happy at all about that situation because Fayette is closer to Boonville where I reside and they can see my kids they DON'T want too.I wouldn't recommend any trying to go see unless you live in "Howard County"

They don't tell you what they're doing, just sit there in the room. I got a crown and I've been back two times having it fixed. It was way too big and didn't fit in my bite nor was it shaped like a real tooth, and now my root is exposed and the bite still a little off after filing it down. I'm worried she just doesn't know how to properly do crowns. I hate to come back to someone incompetent to get it corrected, but since it should be free and she is obligated to correct her mistakes, I have to. It better be fixed by the time I get braces next week.

I was needing a local dentist and a friend of mine recommended Jessica Quint in Fayette, MO. I was immediately impressed with Donna at the front desk, all dental assistants and with the dentist; Jessica Quint. They were all very professional, courteous and kind. If you are in need of dental care with caring individuals.....contact this office!

Sadist. My daughter had her wisdoms pulled by this woman and *SHE DID NOT NUMB HER*. She barely stuck the needle in .. gave the anesthetic ZERO TIME to get to work.. And just went right in. She immediately began pulling without even asking if she could feel it. My daughter screamed in pain, and was then told to "calm down". Disgusting excuse for a "dentist".

This was by far the worst over the phone experience I have ever had in my life . The secretary is rude and while we were talking she had another call come in. She said: excuse me I have another call and put me on hold immediately without even asking if that was ok. I would not recommend going here due to her very horrible attitude. I think quint would be better if she found herself another secretary. UNBELIEVABLE !!!
