Dr. Basel Badawis passion is evident to all his patients. Hegraduated from the prestigious Boston University School Of Dental Medicine in 1994, and has practiced dentistryin Massachusetts ever since.Dr. Badawis hand-picked, highly skilled team will assist you with every aspect of your procedure. Dr. Sandhus kind and compassionate nature makes all her patients feel at ease. She prides herself on understanding her patients needs and concerns and actively involves them while developing treatment plans. She enjoys restorative dentistry and is Invisalign certified.
Born and raised in Malaysia, Dr. Sandhu attended dental school in India prior to earning her DMD from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. At Boston University, she was involved in the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) chapter, where she served as chair of Public Relations. Currently, she is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association for Women Dentist (AAWD), and Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS).

Very disappointed dentists ,they always try to let you spend money ,they keep asking you to do everything for your teeth ,it doesn't matter your teeth are healthy ,.

I called to become a new patient and although they didn't take MassHealth, the office manager Freddy Li took her time on the phone with me and helped me find an office to go to in west Roxbury she was very patient and kind. I was able to get my grand daughter to book with them instead and when she puts me on her delta insurance I will be switching over. Very great leadership and professionalism in this office thank you

I had a terrible experience at this dentist. I was new to the area and had gone for a cleaning 6 months ago at this office and was told I had four cavities. This coincidentally was after my boyfriend also went to this location for the first time and was told he had 4 cavities as well. I allowed the dentist to repair all four of my cavities. About 3-4 weeks after the "repair" I started having tooth sensitivity and pain. I returned to this office for follow up X-rays and was convinced this pain would subside and told to try a specific brand of mouthwash. I also am unable to pass floss between my teeth due to how the "cavity" was filled. Five months passed and the pain has not subsided so I decided to see my original dentist from where I moved from in NJ. Upon my visit, my original dentist reviewed the X-rays that were sent from the dentist who repaired the cavities and said he saw 0 cavities. I also had to call this office three separate times to get them to send over my records that they kept saying they already sent. Oh and when I went to pay for the out of pocket cavity expense the lady behind the desk tried to bill me $100 over the price we had discussed the prior week. Had I not showed her the paperwork they gave me outlining the cost from before I would have overpaid. When I mentioned it she said, "huh that's weird, did your insurance change?" I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could for the way they scam their customers. It's really sad that you can not trust a person to be truthful and honest when it comes to your health. 6 months later and the only thing this dentist did for me was cause new tooth pain that I never had prior to seeing him.

I had an appointment with Dr. Haidar, and I really liked his approach, he was really informative about all the procedures that needed to be done and what my options were. And when it came down to the work, he had really gentle hands and did an amazing job! Overall it was a great experience!

At each visit, from start to finish, each procedure I had was done very thorough, explained well and was always addressed professionally. I cannot Thank the entire staff enough. My wife will be coming shortly to experience the same.

This review is solely for the kind lady at the reception. I called in to run my father's insurance for an appointment but it didn't work out. Nevertheless the lady was soo kind to refer me to 4 other clinics near my location who takes the insurance, which no one else did of all the 1000 calls I made. I'm just happy and thankful to realize I live in a world where nice ppl do exist. Bless you and thank you!

This was an excellent first time visit. Front staff was very nice and welcoming. The dentist was super nice and the dental hygenist (Erin) was great! Our 4 year old went in for her first visit there...and they made it a really nice time for her. We highly recommend! Thank you QD!

Started off with a cleaning which went really well and then I came back for crowns and a mouth guard. They have been so professional and sweet and I just had a baby recently and they've been so kind and understanding when I have to bring him along. Feels like I've known them for so long Versus a few months. Erin, Kara, Lina, Lama and Dr. Wessa are the absolute best and makes me feel right at home and I am very satisfied with the work that was done! Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. Alsafar is great. He is clearly very invested in what he does and actually cares about his patients. I had a crown recently and he did a phenomenal job. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Erin is the dental hygienist who has been assisting me! I love her service so much! She is so attentive and definitely know what she is doing. The lady at the receiption is super nice as well! Overall they won my business!! Friendly and great service!!

I've never actually enjoyed going to the dentist until I became a patient at Quincy Dentists Family Dentistry! Lina and Lamma at the front desk are both so kind, sweet, and personable. They made my new patient process quick and easy! My hygienist, Erin, was so informative and thorough! I actually learned a lot about my own dental health, which will really help me take care of oral hygiene more intuitively. Not only is she great at her job, but she is really friendly, too! Finally, Dr. Wessa inspected my teeth and found a solution for my teeth grinding. I can't recommend this practice enough! Wonderful and personal from start to finish. I can finally say I enjoy going to the dentist!

This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Everyone, EVERYONE is so kind. They treat you like a person, not a customer. You can tell that all of the staff member really enjoy their jobs! I have a severe fear of dental work and the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable. Dr. Alsafar is the best!! He is kind and funny and patient; he(in addition to the dental assistant/hygienists) are meticulous in explaining procedures, going through step-by-step what they completed and what the next steps are with my personal dental work. And they have the most advanced technology I've ever seen! Very innovative tools that also helped make my experience much more comfortable and stress-free. The people at the front desk gave me a full breakdown of the actual costs of my dental work with my current insurance, which was extremely helpful. Often times it seems like a guessing game in how much things are going to cost, and it was such a relief to have things spelled out right on paper for me. After my most recent procedure I was raving to my family and a few friend about how great the experience was. I have always been so stressed out to go to the dentist, but I am almost looking forward to my next visit! I HIGHLY recommend this practice to everyone!!!

I have been coming here for about two years but recently have been working with Dr. MJ Alsafar and have had such a positive experience. The medical staff is professional and friendly. They always want to make sure you are comfortable and understand what work is being done. I had a crown put in and was encouraged to bring headphones if I wanted to listen to music or a podcast during the procedure. The women in reception go above and beyond by going out of their way to make sure that you are getting the most out of your insurance coverage and finding appointment times that match your busy schedule. They are also following safety guidelines that made me feel safe visiting their office during the covid-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist!
