The long road to becoming an orthodontist started with Arjun Patel accepting a full scholarship to the University of Georgia where he became a die-hard Bulldog fan. After receiving a bachelors degree in microbiology with highest honors, he attended the Medical College of Georgia College of Dental Medicine to start his path to becoming an orthodontist. He achieved his Doctorate in Dental Medicine with highest honors and received multiple recognitions for his academic excellence and dental skills. Dr. Patel then continued his education at the College of Dental Medicine to receive his certificate in orthodontics to become a specialist. While most orthodontists finish there, Dr. Patel wanted to build his skills as a Board Certified orthodontist. It required extensive testing along with presentation of high quality finished cases. Only 33% of orthodontists are board certified, and Dr. Patel is proud to be one of them.
Compassion, integrity and a high degree of quality are hallmarks of Dr. Patels patient care philosophy. So it was his dream to open his own private practice where he could treat patients how they deserve to be treated like people. Soon after graduating, he achieved that dream by building his practice in Sandy Springs, Georgia. He intends to continue practicing as he always has, in a caring, state-of-the-art office where patients are treated like people and always walk out with a smile on their face.
Dr. Patel is married to Anushka Amin, his sweetheart from UGA. They have two lovely kids, Kayen and Eyla. They enjoy traveling, and Dr. Patel is especially adventurous when it comes to the local food. In his spare time, he can be found working out, playing basketball, spikeball, or any number of other sports, and grilling on the Green Egg. He loves watching movies, but some of his favorite ones come from the Marvel Universe.

After & before photos!!!!! Dr. Patel is very family oriented. One of the very few offices that are not scamming you for what you pay for. Dr. Patel truly cares about your smile and oral health. I have had a gap my entire life and decided to close it before it Spreads. I would advise this to be your next orthodontist office. The price is right and affordable for all. Dr. Patel also comes in and checks on you every few appointments to see your progress. PLEASE come here! Best decision I have made for an orthodontist office.

I can't recommend Quest Orthodontics enough! I'm an adult going through Invisalign treatment in hopes of correcting my bite to decrease my TMJ. I started my treatment in June 2021 and have had a wonderfully positive experience with Dr. Patel and his lovely staff. I've gone to another ortho before and they took impression of my teeth the old fashion way with a mold and it was painful, especially when they had a hard time removing the mold. The other practice was eager to move me along the process, commit to treatment and start paying. They didn't like it when I asked financial questions. Because of my prior experience, I was hesitant to see another ortho but I'm so glad I found Quest Orthodontics! They were patient and very thorough in helping me understand the process, expectations, goals, and financial obligations. I never felt rushed or pressured to start treatment with them. Also, instead of using a messy painful mold, they used a wand to take impressions of my teeth so it was much more comfortable. I feel cared for during the follow up appointments and also the several questions I had in between follow ups. They're always courteous, helpful, and happy to schedule me for a quick appointment when I had questions or concerns about something. I'm excited to almost be done with the process and not have to wear an aligner or retainer 24 hours a day, BUT I will be sad to end my relationship with Quest. If you have a child, or you as an adult need ortho care, I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing my experience was. From the consult to the entire staff. Dr. Patel is extremely kind and so informative. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. This is an extremely professional staff and I've always been afraid of going to the orthodontist but not anymore. Just go ahead and schedule an appointment you will definitely be in good hands!

AMAZING experience! From the time you walk in, you are provided with superb customer service! From the welcome board and front desk staff to Dr. Patel and Michelle (Treatment Coordinator), the office was very inviting and pleasant. I also enjoyed that the office and equipment are very modern and up to date. Additionally, the services are extremely reasonable and affordable. HIGHLY recommend!
