Dr. MichaelMattiacio is a lifelong resident of Central New York. Dr.Mattiacio attended Syracuse University, where he received his Bachelors ofScience in Biology in 1996, and then went on to receive his dental trainingat the School of Dental Medicine at SUNY Buffalo in 2001. Upon his return toCentral New York, Dr. Mattiacio worked with his mentor in a private practicein Liverpool before joining Quest Dental Group in 2004. Dr. Mattiaciopurchased Quest Dental Group in 2006 and moved the practice to its currentlocation.
Currently, Dr. Mattiacio resides in Baldwinsville and enjoy spending timewith his three children. Most often, you'll find Dr. Mike watching his sonpracticing and playing with his travel baseball team. When he is not doingthat, he enjoys his time with family and friends, indoors or outdoors, andwill never miss the opportunity to watch SU basketball and football.
Dr. Jean DiFlorio grew up in the Syracuse area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo in Communicative Disorders and Sciences. She continued on there to attend the School of Dental Medicine. Dr. DiFlorio earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001. She went on to a General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. DiFlorio has practiced in the Syracuse area since 2003 and joined Dr. Mattiacio and Dr. Nguyen in January of 2015. She is also a clinical assistant professor at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in the Dental Department.
Dr. DiFlorio believes that a healthy body starts with a healthy mouth. She stays current with the latest in research and advances in dentistry through continuing dental education.When not promoting health and wellness with her patients, Dr. DiFlorio is happily running her two boys to various sports and music activities. She loves yoga and traveling with her family.
Dr. Linh Nguyen grew up in San Jose, California, but now lives in Central New York with her husband and 2 children. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 1991 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry, in 1995. She went on to complete a two-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of California in San Francisco, with special emphasis on TMD/Chronic Head and Neck Pain.
When not caring for her patients, Dr. Nguyen volunteers extensively at her children's schools. She also enjoys golfing and traveling with her family. Dr. Nguyen is a music lover who loves playing the cello with her daughter and banging on the guitar with her son!
Dr. Zalepeski was born and raised in the Syracuse area. After graduating from Syracuse University with a BS in Biology she attended University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Zalepeski returned home for a one-year residency at SUNY Upstate Hospital and joined Quest Dental Group in 2018.

I have a THOUSAND THANK YOUS TO THIS WONDERFUL TEAM! I unfortunately had an UNEXPECTED & VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE when I woke this morning ... This team saved my day, my week, my month ... who knows! I'm SO VERY THANKFUL OF YOU ALL!!!

This is the best dentist place, I've been too. Been coming here for years. Staff is friendly and there's no long wait time like usual places. Only downfall is they only take certain insurance, but overall I've had good experience

I've been going to Quest for several years now. To a person, the staff there is super friendly and professional. Dr. Mike takes the time to explain my options for care and I always get a cost estimate to help make my decision.

I've found my most favorite dental clinic - and my most favorite dentist! Dr. Vanlinh Nguyen, DDS is AWESOME!!! First becoming a great friend playing in our pickleball gang, then becoming my dentist, she is so good (at being a dentist ... not so much at pickleball :-) ...ha-ha). I needed a difficult tooth extraction. One of the things I like least is the needle. This was the first time I didn't feel it. As for the extraction - no pain and she obviously knew what she was doing. I'm healing rapidly with hardly any pain to deal with. By the way - all the gals working there are so nice and friendly. It's obvious it's a great place to work... and the best place to get my dental needs met.

My hygienist, Morgan, is friendly, kind and attentive. I appreciate how the staff explain what they are doing and give suggestions on how to maintain clean teeth. Plus, they offer a toothbrush, travel mouthwash, toothpaste and floss after every cleaning. I've also had some fillings and emergency appointments, and I felt well-cared for. My doctor is great as well!

I've been a patient for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The doctors and staff are great. I have seen several of the hygienists and doctors over the years, and have had great experiences with all. I highly recommend Quest Dental!

I really don't like this place. Dr. Mike wanted to do my caps on one of my tooth that shouldn't really needed it to get done. I'm glad that I don't go there anymore. It's been a while that I change to a different dentist that really cares about my teeth. My recommendation is to go someplace else!!

I am very Happy that I swithced to Quest Dental on Eri Blvd. they accept my insurance and they are very friendly and professional. I am lucky to have the fantastic Dr. Lauren Zalepeski, who seems to have superrior people skills, and Dental skills.. I give this place a 5 - Star rating

I booked an appointment with them on Feb. 19th and the first opening was today, the 27th of May. I waited 3 1/2 months for this appointment. They called me this previous Monday and moved my appointment from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. I talked with an actual person. I arrived at my 2:00 appointment today to them saying my appointment was canceled and that they tried to call me to reschedule and I didn't call back. I have the call log, I had to talk with a human to know that my appointment had been bumped. I left my trip in Indiana to make it here to make sure I would be at my appointment that I waited 3 1/2 months for. They turned me away and couldn't even get me scheduled for a cleaning, just to put on a "hot list" and also could only reschedule for an exam and xrays two weeks later. She did offer an appointment for next week when I am completely booked with work and had the audacity to say, "If I wasn't busy, she could get me in". Ummmm I have had this afternoon cleared out for 3 1/2 months for this appointment, NOT next wednesday. I am beyond fustrated. We wait and we wait and then get treated like our lives and schedules aren't important.

I have been pleased with Dr. Matticio for years. Recently I had to see Dr. Florio, she told me I required gum scaling which I completed once before and found to be horribly painful. I asked to have my cleanings and other care done, but not the scaling. She refused to see me further if I did not do this. I wonder if those without insurance are required to have these procedures. No longer a quest patient...

In my first visit with this group I was impressed by their ability to pay attention to me personally as a patient as well as address professionally my dental needs. Virginia is an exceptional dental cleaning assistant. I had come from a small office and was quickly brought up to date with the techniques and modern methods to assess my dental needs. Dr. DiFloria explained in a clear manner what would be required after x-rays and photos were taken. I look forward to my next visit, which is not someone would normally state in regards to going to their dentist.
