The dental assistant and dentist had no bedside manner. The front desk people are lovely. Appt was at 11:30. Was not seen till 12ish. Ok cool. Did an X-ray. Put right back in the waiting room. Not seen again till 12:45. Jus nasty attitudes from people that are supposed to help you. Weird and I'm only coming back because I haven't been to the dentists in like 10 years.

I must say I am quite disappointed with my experience with quest dental. The first time I went there, I was so excited that the staff and dentists were black and the service was great in the front and the back. Yet, as I was a patient there for a couple of years, my latter experiences were not as good. First, they sent fraudulent charges to my insurance company. They billed me for a procedure that they did not perform. The only reason I found out and brought it to their attention was by looking very closely, line-by-line, at my insurance bills. They did remove the charge once I brought it to their attention. I tried to let this go and return there as a patient because the dentists and hygienist I saw were great overall. I was scheduled for an appointment in June 2022, and they called me and told me they needed to cancel and reschedule it. They rescheduled me for late August. I really was not happy here because i need to get dental care twice a year, usually June and December. So you can imagine if it gets pushed to August, it will be harder to get both visits in before the end of the year. Anyway, I still stuck it out and made the appointment for the end of August. Today I go to the office for my August appointment (that they rescheduled from June) and am told there is no running water in the office. They then tell me that they need to reschedule the appointment. I don't understand why they could not have called me beforehand, before I drove across town to attend this appointment. I also don't understand how this is the second time they have had to reschedule my appointment. Getting dental care really should not be this difficult. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful and clearly no one cares whether my teeth are taken care of or not. I would not be able to get rescheduled at this office for another month or 2. I decided to seek dental care at a new dentist. Overall, the office is poorly run and short staffed. The service from the front desk staff does not help. I refuse to be disrespected and honestly it looks like they just don't want me there as a patient. Would not recommend this office. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the actual dentists and hygienists are nice, if you can actually make it to the back.

I have been with Quest for over 5 years. They maintain same staff which is good. I like familiarity, so, seeing face including front desk people when I visit is a PLUS for me

I had an appointment at 10:30 AM. I was called back at 12:20 pm to do x-rays but was immediately put back into the waiting room until the Dr was ready. I was called back again at 12:35pm but was seated without anyone starting. It is now 1:14 and I still haven't been seen. It has cost me most of my work day; I've had to cancel two separate appointments; and whatever money I have spent on uber to get to and from here. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay of service. Beyond having terrible service, the facility is outdated and cold. And I had to listen to someone scream for 40 minutes. Obviously I'll never come back here, nor do I recommend anyone else to visit.

With dental problems at my age, I never thought I would find a dentist office that would treat the problems . Quest Dental is so awesome when comes to dental planed treatment for a healthy mouth.

I am more than pleased with the service I receive at Quest Dental. Dr. Dulan is the best Dentist I have visited in many years. I have a great experience from all of the people working there. Everyone I've encountered from the front desk to the dentist and everyone in between is kind and caring. When necessary they have gone above and beyond to give the care I need to correct my issues. I am so pleased with Quest Dental Care services. I high recommend them. And the office is neat and clean.

This was by far the friendliest dental office I've ever been to! From the front desk, to the doctors, everyone made me feel at home. I received the very best teeth cleaning. They were thorough and gentle. Great conversation too. I recommend them to any and everyone. The dentist is usually a little scary for me. I will be back!!

This dental practice leave a LOT to be desired. The dental hygienist is AWFUL and RUDE. Not professional or compassionate. Rather rough and non apologetic in her manner. Sure hope they get a better hygienist for this is bad for the entire practice.

Worst dentist I've ever experienced, terrible time management I waited 2 hours for a appointment and now I have to get a root canal redone due to the dentist rushing and not removing all the cavity please don't waste your time. They will cause you to have a infection not worth it at all
