GP Dental Associate Dr. Yang attended Stony Brook University for undergraduate studies and completed his graduate dental school training at the New York University College of Dentistry . He moved on to complete a general practice residency in Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Throughout his training, he performed molar canal treatments, surgical extractions, fixed and removable prosthetic treatments, and cosmetic restorations. Dr. Yang strongly believes in continuing education courses in all aspects of dentistry and spends time every month learning the latest techniques of dentistry and is an Invisalign Provider! In addition, Dr. Yang is a standing member of both the American Dental Association, as well as the New York State Dental Association.
Registered Dental Hygienist Being in the Dental Field has been the best choice I've made in my professional life. I have been in the Dental Field for 35 years. I graduated from the University of Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic in 1985 with a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. I migrated to the United States and became a Dental Assistant because I also started a family. One of my biggest compliments in life is being a mother to my two beautiful children. Once both my children went to college I decided to pursue my Dental Hygiene Degree. I have been in a registered Dental Hygienist for 8 years now and have loved every minute of it. I belong to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society as well as I received the Hostos Community College Silver Metal for my entire class as well as the Dental Hygiene Association's General Clinical Proficiency Award.
Being a dental professional is great but having the right office to work for is the key to success and happiness. Queens Professional Dental Care office is just that. From doctors, assistants, office staff, and patients everyone treat each other with respect. This is not just a regular dental office. Everyone here works with dignity and a great sense of compassion. It definitely feels like an extended family and I am very lucky to be a part of it.

I scheduled my cleaning appointment two months in advance for July/19/2022 at 1:30pm, I arrived 10 minutes earlier, checked in, was told to wait so I did, it seemed like 30 other patients had the same appointment, I waited and waited and waited.. finally at 2:50pm I was asked to follow an assistant to be seated in a dental chair, I was then left alone for 20 minutes until I had enough so I got up and left, no one even noticed that I hadn't been taken care of. The logic at this office is to get as much as possible from everyone's insurance without caring about the patient.

Horrible! Been using this dentist for decades since I was on my parents' insurance and now on my own. The last several years of visits I've had to wait an hour an a half after arriving to get a 20 minute cleaning done: this is when they have all my files complete and insurance on file - no paper complications. I tried to explain to them on the phone that this needs a solution. I asked if there is a way that I could not wait so long - since each time the wait time is increasing (the waiting room cannot even accommodate the number of people waiting). I was told that they couldn't do anything. My call was at 1:15 ET on May 26, no hello, just straight to the waiting music. Once I told them I would unfortunately have to find another dentist if there was no solution they simply hung up. This establishment is operating more like a cattle ranch than a properly scheduled dental clinic - profit/customer service. You can make people wait, but not hours. If you show this level of disregard and don't care about losing customers, good luck! - I'm going elsewhere

I am going to give 3 stars for the reason that the front desk staff is too rude.They do not have patience with people nor are they polite.However, all the staff from inside are wonderful.Any concerns with your teeth care, they provide you with help.That is the only reason why I keep coming here.

DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give something less than zero stars I would. The staff was extremely rude! Made several elderly people get up and wait outside on a 36 degree day!, talked back with attitude and the dentist themselves were terrible. The staff caused a whole scene causing several! Clients to leave. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

The wait is long 2-3 hours! The front desk ((Girls) because the way they act is childish and not like working women) are rude and can't communicate right with patients over the phone. And aren't practicing social distancing at their office. The only reason I gave one star because the Dentist thats on call is very caring and sweet , other then that this place should have the Better Business Bureau called on them. Never returning here ever again and I will like my followers on my social media know about it too.

Once new gloves are put on, those fingers (that are to be inserted into the mouth) should NOT touch anything except the tools. Touching the computer screen, different parts of the chair, other stuffs around, etc. and using the same fingers to touch the teeth and gums is seriously very SCARY these days.

The office is very small the doctor is good, the staff is very very nice except the OFFICE MANAGER she is very rude very very very rude she should not be dealing with people the way she just yells at a person I was there for a root canal had a problem with my Medicaid so now they're refusing to even see me very rude but it's OK cause I'm going to take it up with the dental board of association. Very unprofessional

The waiting room was PACKED and there were people waiting outside and in the doorways as well. I have never been around that many people in a small space in over a year. Completely unacceptable in COVID times. On top of that the reason the waiting room was packed is because there was a 2 hour wait. This seems to be a normal thing if you look at their google reviews. I came just for a cleaning. The hygienist barely cleaned my teeth and she didn't even do a flossing at the end. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a dental practice. Do not come here.
