Great Dentist!!! Just went in for my annual check up. I actually enjoy visiting them. They do such a great job on my cleaning and they are so kind.

I have been a patient here for over ten years. I grew up in neighborhood and my block all goes to Dr Eliades. It's like family to us all because they are always there for all of us. I fortunately have good teeth but I go for my cleanings twice a year. My parents needed a lot of work and they are extremely happy. We thank Dr Eliades and his staff fir always bring their fir us.

I was referred to the office and I am glad I went. I have left off taking care of my teeth and now it's all getting done. I highly recommend the office and Doctor.

Went In for a consultation which was free because I don't have insurance. My mouth was in poor condition and I wish I had taken better care of my teeth. I had two dentists look at my teeth and they agreed on a treatment plan. I had two extractions and they cleaned up my mouth. I took their advise and I also had two implants put in and I am very happy with the care I received. So glad I got to meet them and had my work done. I highly recommend.

I'm no longer a patient here, and I had made a review before that was positive. However, I would like to address some things. My mom and I both went here. The front desk ladies and the assistants were always nice. However, my mom got a lot of stuff done and after a year her tooth started hurting again, so we went back to see what's going on. When we went back, they told her that the doctor had left a piece of something inside the gum, so they had to open it up. Ultimately, she had to pay for something that wasn't her fault. Fast forward to today, we went to a different dentist because one of the teeth that she had asked the doctor to take care of, started bleeding internally. Overall, really bad work done. (She also needs 7 fillings and 2 root canals that apparently this doctor couldn't find in the X-Rays). As for myself, I got a cleaning done and when I got home I realized that my inner lip was burned and it was hurting a lot. After contemplating whether or not I should go tell the doctor, I decided to go back. I showed him what he did and he just said "here's a prescription for an ointment". I had to pay for a $40 tiny ointment on top of the cleaning because he burned me- didn't even apologize. I also went to a new dentist and he told me I need 11 fillings. When I told them I got X-Rays like 1,5 year ago and they previous dentist didn't mention anything- the doctor and his assistant were shocked. They told me my cavities have been there for years. I had also had bonding done in my front two teeth here and when I got a cleaning, it came off.

Had a bridge done which lasted maybe a year and came out now the tooth is damaged and they want to charge me more money to fix it..... and before you call it exaggeration I have pictures of the tooth before and after

I have been a patient since I was a kid and no's I take my kids there. They are like family. Dr E is kind and never hurts. He actually makes it pleasurable to go there. I'm very satisfied all these years with the care.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Made me feel comfortable while extracting my wisdom tooth. Quick and efficient.

I got porcelain veneers and after 10 hours they went off. I would never go there again.

When i called to ask if they accept my insurance they said no . They said that the consultation was free . So i went there and did the consultation . The dentist gave me antibiotics and said after the treatment will do extraction . I told him that another dentist told me that its risky to remove it because its near the nerve , and the dentist told me dont worry , will take care of it . In the end of the visit the receptionist just told me it is 500$ how would you like to pay cash or card , without explaining anything. When i saw the bill was saying its for extraction , which i didnt do yet. So i paid and i made an appointment for extraction . When i went next time for the extraction , the dentist decided to not do it , because it was near the nerve and didnt want to risk. He just told me to wait and see , if it will be worse to come again . Okay i was leaving , and no one was telling anything about 500$ that i paid for the extraction , i explained that i paid for something i didnt do, and he told me to come back another day to get the refund and he returned 350$ charged me 150$ for the consultation , which was supposed to be free.

There aren't enough words how grateful I am to this practice. I was in so much pain and my dentist was nowhere to be found. I found this practice on google and was seen immediately on a Saturday in their Flushing office. I will continue in the Astoria office. They got me out of pain and I am switching to them. They seem to care about their patients and even follow up with phone call.

For a person who is afraid of the dentist, the front desk staff immediately began my ease. After I gave my info, I was greeted by Dr. Arsen who reassured my comfort. What I loved about Dr. Arsen Is that he reassured my ease by informing me step by step throughout the process. For a person afraid of dentist, I would recommend him to anyone!

I didn't have the best experience here. I didn't think the doctor was sincere with my case and felt taken advantage of my lack of orthodontics knowledge. Was not satisfied with what was done in my case. I will advice to take a closer look before choosing this place.

I would like to recommend the queen family dental because my own experience this is the best dental clinic I ever been seen. Dr William Eliades and Dr Richard Letz are the Best Dentist I ever meet. They are very professional and they don't rush what they doing not like other previous dentist I went they like to rush even I have more question about my tooth. I am doing my implant here in Queens Family Dental and I am happy because every time I have a question Dr William Eliades, He always answer my question 24/7 no matter what just to have a peace of mind. All the people assistant, they very sweet and they like to talk to people. About the price of the service you will going to shock because the price is very low compared to other Dental Clinic. i went almost 10 Dr office for free consultation And this is the only place you can get a better price for Implant and veneer and you will be happy. You will feel that this place is the right for you once you meet Dr William Eliades and Dr Richard Letz and especially the stuff. My advice to all don't go anywhere else just go straight to Queens Family Dental.

Really happy here. Started out in Flushing office but switched to Astoria because it's easier for me to get to. Ellen, Jonita, Dr E and Dr Arsen are great and I'm happy I'm being treated here. Had veneers done and they look great.
