This makes it possible to remove sugar and bacteria from the teeth and gums before it has the opportunity to turn into acid that can attack the teeth. This preventative step can greatly reduce a persons' risk of getting a cavity or gum disease. Tried to call 3 times no answer. On top of that once someone answered the receptionist had an awful attitude, sighing, and borderline yelling. She won the 1st place medal for being the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever spoken to. I came to realize why they have offers for the uninsured, to supplement for their god awful customer service. The first impression is always important and this place has destroyed its image to me and any other people considering, you have been warned.

I had the unfortunate luck of needing a dental implant for one of my front teeth. I was hysterical over this to say the least. Everyone at this dental practice was so kind, caring and extremely helpful throughout the long process. I feel like I became family since over the course of my treatment. If you would like a positive experience with a dentist, then look no further. The staff and doctors are warm, not to mention their prices are way more reasonable than the number of other practices I called in the vicinity.

The first time I came I was nervous then I. Met the workers mimi Affinia and most of all Michelle they Made me feel so comfortable they treated you like family I would refer my friends and family there and I'm telling you i.m a real punk with dentist I start shaking and crying then I put my trust I.n them and doctor elisades he is funny but Real gentle and Explain everything he doin so I recommend them

My father came to Dr. Eliades in a lot of pain. The doctor was very patient with him. He explained his options and treated him with respect and courtesy. He was very apprehensive but afterwards my dad told said that he had "golden hands" (translated from our language...), basically meaning that he did not feel a thing and he couldn't believe it. He immediately made an appointment for my mother who needs work done and is a big chicken. She too was delighted. I would most certainly recommend him.

PLEASE !!!!!;;; people AVOID this dental group at all cost!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! FIRST OFF let me say that MIMI who works there is very helpful and courteous with patients who come there! I have no issues with her whatsoever!!!!! Now as for AFENA Or Afina ...or whatever her name is.....she is supposed to be the one in charge of finances I guess...she is where I have my BIGGEST ISSUE! BEWARE OF HER!!!! She is the MAIN REASON I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW... .. NOW BEFORE I FOUND THIS DENTAL OFFICE I INQUIRED IF THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE AND WHICH THEY SAID THEY DID. To sum it all up... I was given a prescription by the doctor.... the prescriptions couldn't get filled at a pharmacy and the prescriptions got lost .....I requested a copy ... One was ordered over the phone and one I was told I can pickup a copy when I come to the office ... I go to the office and Afeena wants to then charge me $150 and all because I didn't do the procedure that the doctor wanted me to do at the time because I requested to put it off until I got a little better by taking the medication 1st. Mimi was going to help me but then Athena stopped her from doing so pulled her to the back and then proceeded to try to get money out of me for the prescription in which she said I could come in for and get no problem. The doctor allowed this to happen

I highly recommend them. I was seen immediately because I was in pain with an infected tooth. The dentist was so gentle and got me out of pain. He also checked on me later in the day. Really on his game!

Dr. Eliades and staff are the best! It's such an amazing place to go for a dental visit and work if needed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and Dr Eliades is so kind and a great dentist with years of experience. He is also very honest and his personality is warm and engaging making me feel very at ease. My dental work was perfect and I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Eliades.

This is my second time I will give another review for Queens Dental Clinic. I am happy with Dr Eliades"s clinic because when ever you need him for emergency he always put you in schedule right away no matter what! People in the office are very friendly and sweet. This is a place for everybody who need great Dentist!

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this situation... Queens Family Dental front staff team literally has me feeling like FAMILY! They are warm and welcoming. This really helped me because I'm usually a SPAZ when I go to Dentist/Doctor offices! Dr. Eliades made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and also provided me with options! I didn't feel any pressure. The procedure went smooth and I highly recommend them! PS: I saved money going with Queens Family Dental also. Thank you so much!

Horrible. They lied to me about a service they don't offer and now Dr Eliades is dodging my calls and not giving me money back. Update one year later : They claim I was refunded IN FULL and I was not. We agreed to an amount which is less than what I paid. I agreed because I wanted it done and they STILL have no paid me back in full. It's a year later ! They are lying in their response on this page. Upon speaking to others they have had a similar experience.
