Was experiencing pain and was referred to queens County for root canal. Very clean place and nice staff. Service was quick. Only issue I had was I never witnessed a root canal procedure done without putting on a temporary crown afterwards. I was told to return to my general dentist for crown. Also wasn't given a prescription for pain killers after novacaine wore off. Feeling a bit sore now and tooth is exposed to air and its a bit painful. Will follow up with general dentist to see if this was standard procedure.

I was being referred to by a general dentist as well as the oral surgeon to see an endodontist for my root canal. I had delta dental dc37 as my only dental insurance and came across this place Queens County Endodontics. When calling to schedule an appointment was as quick an easy process. I like the fact that during my consultation, the experience was that simple. When Dr. Chia-Yi Chen came and greeted me as if I felt very welcome here. She then explains the entire process as well as the explanation so that I would expect what I need to do before coming in for the root canal treatment. I recommend this place if DC37 is the only insurance provider that you had. Highly recommend seeing Chia-Yi Chen.

I had to do a complicated root canal and they were able meet me next day and the doctor was nice. The place is clean and I got my procedure done super fast and no pain. I always get my stuff done in manhattan and I loved this place.

When I say amazing I mean amazing. Dr. Chan and the staff were excellent. Root canal done with no pain and she works with precision. I love it and I will definitely have any other procedures done here at this office. Thank you very much. Oh and she explained very thoroughly step by step before starting any procedure. Definitely 5 stars. 1 hour drive for me was worth it 100 percent.

I was having a really hard time finding a Endodontic's to take my dental insurance. I had called so many places, and finally I called this place. They had given me an appointment 2 days later. I was very skeptical at first. I thought this place had to be horrible if they were able to give me an appointment right away! Well was I WRONG! I was impressed when I first walked in the door, the office was so clean I mean immaculate clean! Even the bathroom was immaculately clean! They were so friendly and welcoming! I was so nervous I hadn't had a root canal in over 25 years and my memory of the one I had wasn't pleasant!! Dr. Michael Collura was very friendly, informative and efficient!! Aside from the almost painless injections of Novocain. The whole procedure went smooth, fast and painless!! I was in awe I thought this was to good to be true and that when the Novocain wore off I would be in pain!! Again I was WRONG!! No PAIN at all! If I could give them 10 plus stars I would! I would definitely recommend this facility if you are in need of a root canal!! Thank you Dr. Cullura and office staff for the great experience!

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews! I was in pain for the past two weeks and needed a root canal I searched all over and stumbled upon this gem. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I drove from yonkers to this location and couldn't be happier. Doctors office was very clean , receptionist was polite, and it wasn't overly crowded! Dr. Chen performed my root canal and was amazing. She explained step by step what she would be doing and took her time treating my tooth. She was gentle and I didn't feel her! I highly recommend queens county endodontics!!!!

This place is awesome and Dr. Collura was the greatest dentist/Endodontist I ever encountered. Had 2 procedures done and he informed me about another problem I wasn't aware of. Will be going back for a 3rd procedure. Nice and clean and the staff was very kind and friendly.

I had to do a root canal ASAP because the nerves of my tooth was exposed which was very sensitive.. I've a called a few endodontics I couldn't get a early appointment... I called my insurance they gave me the number for this place not only did I get a early appointment... I was very pleased with the procedure.. Neda Rajablou explain everything to me along the way... clean environment... great customer service... I highly recommend Queens County Endodontics

I am extremely petrified of dentist, due to several bad experiences but I have to say going to this office has rebuilt my comfort and faith. I had loss a filling years ago and allowed it to go without doing anything about it. After a week of pain and popping Tylenol like candy I finally found a general dentist I liked who refereed me to Queens County for a root canal. I had never had a root canal before and my stomach was in knots, I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, my fear of going to the dentist especially in the middle of a pandemic was on 1000 BUT this place was amazing. You can smell the cleanliness of the office the staff all greeted me at the door, and reassured me I was in good hands. The doctor gave me a step by step explanation of the procedure she even explained worse case scenario. She did an amazing job of numbing the area and I felt nothing the entire time almost fell asleep and she continued to ask if I was okay while working on my tooth. The overall experience was amazing from start to finish and I highly recommend them!!

Excellent dental work. They don't answer calls. Voicemail is full. For the last 2 days. You can't reach them by phone. I have a missing prescription and I have to drive to them? This is ridiculous!

I was nervous going in because I dont like pressure and pain the dentist assured me that its painless and I have nothing to worry about he was right? I actually fell asleep a few times while he was working on my root canal but the staff and the dentist were all great!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Called for an appt 10/22 was told to come in 10/24/2020 for a root canal. The Dentist was amazing. After the intial needle felt no pain. 15 mins later I was done. The assistant was mult- tasking, but very pleasant and professional. The entire Office including the bathroom is CLEAN!!

Wonderful staff and wonderful dentist. I had a root canal a few years ago and it was the worst experience. I was so scared for this one but it was so quick and painless. I couldn't believe it. The dentist was in and and out. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I can't speak highly enough.
