I was worried about taking my mom there based on all the negative experiences and was happy that I was pleased with my experience. Receptionist is not very friendly but is not rude either. Staff is nice and the dentis was great at following up with my mom. My mom went in for an emergency and the dentist was great at explaining next steps and following up with pharmacy regarding my mom's meds.

I've been scrolling the reviews and I'm surprised by the amount of 1 star reviews. My experience here was totally different. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. I called prior to coming and told them I had a dental emergency. The wait wasn't that long being that I didn't have an appointment. They visibly saw how much pain I was in and helped in every way possible. Thank You to the staff for looking out.

I'm sure if you read other comments about this place you'll find the same issues. The waiting time is either 4 mins or 40 mins. All depends on your luck, so bring a book... and a chair. If you go for a simple clean up, best believe they will have you do X-rays and other unnecessary stuff but necessary for THEM to get more money from you insurance. It's full service or nothing I guess.

I'm only giving 1 start because I would not be able to review this horrible place!!! They give appointments for no reason because you will wait over 3 hours to be seen. The staff is horrible they are not helpful and seem bother that they even have to help you. Everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Most of the staff is helpful and kind including the dentist except for the male dentist Very rude and also left me for 3hrs and then tried to treat me. After the novacaine wore off.

Me and my five-year-old son waited an hour and a half and we did not even get to see the dentist after an hour and 45 minutes I walked out it was a big waist of time DO NOT GO HERE in less you have a whole day to wait. SMH

I went here 4 times, each time the wait time was anywhere between 1 and 3 hours, even though I had an appointment. What is the point of having an appointment if I gotta wait. The staff is horrible, and I got a filling done, not sure if I needed it but my tooth didn't hurt before, and now it's been hurting for over a month. Front desk is terrible, and so is everyone here. Wish I can give them 0 stars smh

Avoid at all cost. Zero star, they do not even deserve single star. Horrible service, and poor management. Got an appointment after month and half, they called me at 11 am make me wait till 12 to just get general checkups. Was scheduled after 2 weeks at 1pm and till 4.30 pm could not get my filing done because they were taking all walk ins too. Came home without my filing. No seating area, no precautions for covid- 19, no social distancing and front desk workers with bad attitude and no customer service skills. You have to tell them good morning/afternoon, why you there for, and all talking. You will never get thank you, wait for a few minutes, someone will see you soon, or even sorry for any inconvenience. Dental services I have no doubt they do they best and I respect that. Surely, they need a good office manager whole can smoothly run the office.

Dr Lynn is the worst dentist in this clinic so loud and disrespectful and unprofessional to the point where he saw my ex ray and than said I need a crown , which I understood, I said in the meantime can u get me out of pain he said no I think u need an obstruction!!! So because he's lazy or for whatever reason didn't want to work on my tooth waisted 90 mins of my time and I even offer to pay cash for him to start the work until he gets the approval from insurance and he refused . He's nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! I will never go back to this clinic !!!!!--

They just had to fill in my tooth with some paste after my root canal was done. The root canal specialist added a temporarily paste which he then said I would need a final paste at my doctors office. I went there and they tried removing it with some sort of driller and adding a nail. I told them not to until they couldn't remove the paste and like I said to them to just add paste they finally did that. Now I am in pain 1 week later....

I had a filling appointment here for 1:30PM on Saturday, May 15th and I waited until 3:30 PM for the front desk to let me know I still had 3 people in front of me. I left because I refused to wait 2+ additional hours. I gave this place a second chance because my first appointment I waited about 2 hours as well. The wait time here is horrible. What's the point of an appointment if I'm not going to be seen within 45 minutes.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star, i took my mom there 3 times and every time they misbehave, front desk has no manners how to talk to patients, on phone too she talks sooo rude as if i am a debtor and i owe her money. Besides awfully long wait time, no seating arrangement for a 82yr old. Dentist glued my mom's bridge and left the room in rush, mom is still sitting on dental chair, something in her gums was bothering in few minutes so i requested to call dentist again, assistant said dentist already left for the day. It bothered her so much that i had to remove the glued bridge to bring her relief. Here she is not able to eat anything. We saw this dentist on 05/05/21 and he said mom needs new dentures so he will request authorization, i said mom is not able to eat anything so please make it happen asap. He said call the insurance, its upto them. I called her dental insurance today 06/01/21 to check the status of the denture request authorization, they said they haven't even received the authorization request yet. So i called queens center dental, she was extreme rude from her first hello and said they sent request to insurance on 05/13/21 (thats a week after mom's appt), even so after more than 2 weeks, insurance still hasn't received the request. I demanded answers and she hung up on me. My mom is 82yrs, not able to eat anything, surviving on fluids mostly cos of these unprofessional people. So disappointed, please avoid them and spread the word!

the worst place ever, the doctors have a very unpleasant attitude and speak in a very rude way to the children I do not recommend them at all and if you call make an appointment it is worse they do not help you

This is the worse dentist ever I had a 3:00 PM appointment with my son and one of the girls told me the doctor was on a lunch break that she left at 3:00PM!! I wait almost 2 hours until I got upset and spazzed out the doctor came within 1 minute of me getting mad for this lady to stay for less then 5 minutes. She told me he had cavities and he might need a root canal THEN TELLS ME WELL IM NOT REALLY SURE BECAUSE HIS X-RAYS ARENT CLEAR "THEY WERE BLURRY" I walked right out that office is so disorganized!! Ohhh and when we walked inside the office NOT THE WAITING AREA the doctor was on FACEBOOK!!

Went for a root canal and they scammed my mother out of $900+ of cash by saying our insurance didn't accept it when they did. Once we waited more than 4 hours to see the dentist. Do not go here at all. Find somewhere else, this place is unethical and only care about money.

Do not go to this clinic. If you go in for just cleaning and use your insurance, they'll put you through x-ray even though you did not request for one. You only find out in your insurance that they charged you $215. They rip-off your insurance. Cleaning is $90 cash. I was so confused why they put me through x-ray. Even my Mom, who scheduled my appointment, was confused because she only scheduled a cleaning for me.
