I was very nervous about this root canal with all of the other complications I went through at previous dentists. Dr. Munn was extremely friendly, informative and put me at ease during the procedure. She let me know what was going on as she worked, and it was one of the smoothest dental procedures I have had!

I am one of those people where they are scared to death of dentist. I was very nervous about having root canal done. When I went in the office, I got a warm greeting from the receptionist. Dr. Jaghab performed the root canal and during the process he kept me informed making me feel at ease. The surgery was not as bad thanks to Dr. Jaghab. He also texted me 24 to 48 hrs after surgery to see how I was doing. Please go see Dr. Jaghab for your dental needs.

Dr. Jaghab and his staff were very professional, competent, and empathetic. I had a lot of anxiety about having this root canal done considering I have had a bad experience with a different endodontist at a different practice in the past. I expressed my anxiety to them in the beginning and felt no judgement. They acted as if they handled that sort of thing all of the time and were very calming to my anxiety. Even the environment was calming, the cleanliness, the music playing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience with Dr Munn and dental assistant Shakeel (spelling?). I am always very nervous at the dentist but both Dr & asst made me feel comfortable. Dr Munn explained everything & answered all my questions Dr Munn, Shakeel & the front staff were all very professional, informative & all made experience as good as it could be !

Dr. Munn and the team at Queen City Endo are amazing! Dr. Munn made my root canal 100% pain free during and after (no pain - no meds needed as a follow-up!), explained everything along the way and checked in on me a few times after the procedure. I really hope I don't need any more root canals, but if so, I would return to Dr. Munn without hesitation. My husband has also seen another endodontist from this practice and was 100% satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service by Dr. J AND his staff. They answered all of my questions, and had patience with my tenderness. I have had several root canals. Always with pain and swallow face for several days after.Next day after my visit with Dr. J no pain and no swallow face. Thanks A MILLION !!!!!

Dr. Jaghab was really helpful, very professional, talked me through my entire root canal with little to no pain during the procedure. His staff answered any questions and concerns I may have, they provided me with a warm blanket while I waited to be seen and was very helpful with providing information I needed. Also Mrs. Tammy at the front desk is AMAZING! She worked with me all morning via phone to assist with my payment options. She reached out days later to check on me and make sure I was feeling okay. The whole team is Amazing! I highly recommend 10/10!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Munn. I appreciated her following up with me. She was very inclined to answer any questions I had, which I greatly appreciated. She cares for the patients to also be informed of the processes of treatments that are recommended and that it is as much of a pleasant experience as it can be along the way. Dental assistant was also great and my experience with the front office was awesome with an easy intake process. I would highly recommend to a friend and anyone in the Charlotte area with endodontic needs.

I went to Queen City Endodontics and Dr J was a little agitated because I was in pain and he was not cooperative with me. He said you need to calm down and stop moving because I was shaking my leg due to severe pain. He informed I can not help you if you are not calm. I know you're in pain but you need to calm down I did not like the way he came off on me. I think he is a quake, because felt like he dug out my silver filling and replaced it with porcelain filling and charged me $342.00 and sent me on my Merry way. He suggested is to go back to my primary dentist to have him check to make sure the tooth dose not need to be extracted. Iam unclear why a Dentist would put a filling in and suggested if the tooth is not better I may need to extract the tooth... I also have a bottom tooth that was bothering me and he's being aggressive and said I'm not concerned with that tooth . I think it is the tooth up top that is casing pain. I advised it is both teeth. He said one thing at a time. That prompt me to think he's not interested in the problem, both teeth but he only focused on one tooth and weren't concerned about my pain....Do not want to visit this facility again. Health Quack....

Dr. Jaghab is hands down the B.E.S.T.! I was in so much pain, i couldnt sleep for a week. My regular dentist could not get me numb. Dr. J gave me a talk, told me exactly what he was going to do, and NEVER made any promises, he said let's see if we can get my "angry tooth" numb. He did some wild technique in which I felt some electric shocks on my tongue. Then all of a sudden, the left side of my mouth, lip, and tongue got numb. Before he did any work, he tested the area and gave me more numbing medicine if i needed it. After several minutes, he started drilling. He was so caring, always asked if I was okay, made sure I was comfortable, when I felt some discomfort he gave me more medicine. That night, I was finally able to sleep through the whole night. Dr. Jaghab texted me to make sure I was doing well and asked me if I needed anything. My next appointment he finished my root canal. Dr. Jaghab is truly one of the B.E.S.T. dentist I have EVERY been too! I wish I could let everyone know on this review how scared I am of the dentist and how Dr. J LITERALLY took ALL my pain away! If you are scared of pain, scared of the dentist, and are looking for a dentist that has patience, has a passion for his job, and definitely KNOWS how to numb the HARDEST and MOST inflamed and angry teeth...go see Dr. J over at Queen City Endodontics on Albemarle Road! He is the endodontic whisperer!
