I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. These guys did a root canal on my son. Even though he sometimes bleeds easy, they were able to finish the job with little effort. They took their time, and didn't charge him extra when he had to come back for part two. Only very mild pain and didn't need advil or anything. Thanks guys for also being so nice and sweet

Everyone gave me their horror story about root canal therapy and they were so wrong. Dr Hubbard was the best!! No pain whatsoever and only a tad sore after my root canal. The staff was so nice as well. Excellent place to go!

Dr. Zeigier was great. He was able to fix something another dentist jacked up, and then they referred me to him. I just hate I couldn't go to him first, as I paid the first dentist for something that didn't work. I already recommended Queen City in Matthews to others.

Dr. Hubbard and Alex were amazing during my visit. Everything was explained thoroughly to me, they worked very well together as a team and I had absolutely no pain during my root canal. I have had a very quick and easy recovery, without any issues.

True specialists in their field!! Dr. Hubbard is very Personable and explains the Procedure to you as he performs quality workmanship!!! All the staff are friendly and take care of you as though you were their family!!!!!

The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice as was the one who made the X-rays. Dr Kleitches is wonderful. His personality is absolutely fantastic. He makes you feel like you've been best friends for years. I would recommend him & his staff to anyone searching for dental work involving a root canal. I've been to him on several occasions & he was the same every time. He was unable to do a root canal this time because the tooth was too decayed. So that means he won't serenade me & I'll miss that. Listen! I just had a root canal at the Matthews location with Dr. Kleitches and it was literally the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. I went in nervous, but doctor was so gentle during the procedure and his assistant was so encouraging and personable. Even the numbing process was virtually painless...with my other dental experiences that has never been the case! The staff was so friendly and attentive. I love that they support veterans and even checked up on me the evening of the procedure where I was still happy to report zero pain. I highly recommend this dental office. I could go on and on about how informative and knowledgeable the doctor was..but the bottom line is I give the entire staff 10's across the board!!! They appear to love what they do! Side note the music playlist was awesome Thank you again!

First, LOVED Dr Kleitches and his hygienist. They walked me through the process, taught me using X-rays and visual aids. NEVER felt any pain and no swelling after the challenging route canal of an upper molar. The low rating is for the office staff who are condescending, unprofessional and communicate TERRIBLY. I almost decided to find another endodontist just from the frustration of dealing with the office staff. I called NUMEROUS times prior to the appointment trying to get clarification on insurance and cost. Each person I spoke with gave me DIFFERENT information. They couldn't even agree on what insurance were in network. One person told me one thing and after no one called me back for two weeks I called and was told the opposite by another person. Apparently this is what the office staff does because when I went to my dentist for the crown a week later, one of the office staff informed the dentist that I cancelled and never came for a root canal. The dentist office called back IMMEDIATELY after speaking to me and a different staff person at QCE stayed I had completed the appointment but no records were sent as I requested after my visit at QCE. The front desk staff was so busy looking down their noses and giving snappy short answers that I never received any answers from them after the visit. Dr. Kleitches is so great please don't let the terrible Frontline staff deter a visit to see him

Dr. Kleitches and his assistant V, did an amazing job on my Root Canal. They made me feel so comfortable. I really enjoyed his singing and making the experience very easy. Thank you to the entire staff for a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend his office!

OK, If you're going to get a root canal this is the place to go! Dr Hubbard is AWESOME! His assistants are GREAT too! I am disabled. They met me at the car, loaded me in my wheelchair and chauffeured me around. When it came time to go they loaded me and my chair back in the car. I kept waiting but there never was any pain during or after! I'm pretty sure i'LL be sending them a Christmas card!

The staff was very friendly and Dr Hubbard provided detailed information and gave me a better sense of understanding on what's currently going on with teeth. Tracy was super awesome and made me feel real confortable.

I can't say enough good things about this office! I just moved to the area and needed a root canal for the first time. I called the office and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Hubbard and Tracey were amazing and took great care of me. Dr. Hubbard explained what was going on with my tooth in detail and gave me options of treatment. Can't recommend Dr. Hubbard enough - if I ever need another root canal I will definitely return!!

The staff and Dentists are wonderful. Everyone takes their time with you. Dr. Hubbard was very thorough in explaining my options, how the procedure would go and possible outcomes, and let me choose what I wanted to do. They spent quite a bit of time working on mevtoday and I'm feeling confident in the outcome.
