After giving me a quote on what my charges would be they continued to proceed with multiple other procedures I did not consent to resulting in charging me way over price. However the consent of procedures was definitely why I won't be going back. 10/10 do not recommend.

They charge you 50% at time of service instead of looking up what your insurance covers. Takes months to get refunded. And they blame it all on insurance. Dropped my insurance before my last appointment and didn't tell me. I found out when I called my insurance to see what happened with the claim. Wanted me to get 4 teeth put back in that I got removed 11 years ago when I got braces because my teeth are too big for my mouth. Every dentist/hygenist (including her hygenist) I've gone to comments on how small my mouth is (the real reason for my crowding.) Blamed my crowding on sleeping with my mouth open but also told me I needed a mouth guard for grinding. Always tried to convince me I needed vaneers. Constantly commented how she loves teenage teeth (something about the nerves) while doing my root canals. I'm 28. Filled two of my teeth together and cut a space in between them, it's too big so food gets stuff stuck when I'm eating and causes pain. Absolutely do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. The dentist tells you she will be doing one thing with your tooth or teeth and then she does something else or more than what's planned without going over how much it'll cost or asking the client if thats okay with them before she starts. Then surprises you with an outrageous bill. You'd be better off going literally anywhere else. Wish I could say better things.

Scheduled an appt in April for September. On the day of my appt, I drive from Bozeman only to get there and have them tell me their dentist is out and they can't see me but the "tried" calling. The number in my chart was correct, so I'm not sure how hard they tried. The next time they could get me in was over a month later. I work in healthcare as welll and if there is ever a time we have to cancel a patient's appointment due to our schedule, we work as hard as we can to fit a patient in during lunch or in between others. Absolutely ridiculous and won't be trying to go back.

People at the desk has terrible customer service. These people do not care for their clients. I would not recommend them. You might be better off going to Missoula

Went here. Got full X-Rays and gums pinned for a cleaning. They cleaned half my teeth, charged me over $740, scheduled my next appointment 4 months out to clean the rest of my teeth and sent me on my way. Seems they only want money without the service. I don't recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My hygienist was very sweet and was easy to make conversation with. Dr. Martin seems very knowledgeable and was welcoming. I loved the cleanliness and aesthetics of the office.

This place is awesome they didn't put me on a super long medicade waiting list just because I have the insurance no one wants to take. the dentist was super super gentle with my face and it was honestly a relief because you never really know if youre gonna get a lil shop of horrors type dentist seriously great great service friendly staff and netflix on the ceiling when ur in the chair!!!

Omg this place is what I've been looking for! The front office and assistants are so nice and you feel right at home. To feel so comfortable before walking through the door is so amazing. When you meet the dentist she really puts your mind at ease and gives you options for treatment but always at your best interest. The first time she treated me she worked with my budget but every bit of money that I've spent, I knew I was worth it!

Had a bad cavity along the gum line on one of my molars, the dentist said she couldn't fill it and I needed a crown. I had to pay for it out of pocket and it was just too much. I waited quite a while because I couldn't afford it, I ended up going to see a different dentist who was baffled that they told me that and said all I need is a filling. Do not trust these guys, they're either incompetent or greedy.

This place is the best in town. I am from out of town attending college here and I had an accident on a Sunday and broke my front teeth. They looked horrible. I called two other places in town on Monday morning and they just said, "We are full" or "We are booked up, and besides we aren't accepting new patients." I wasn't looking to be a regular! I just wanted teeth! When I called Queen City dental and told them the same thing she immediately said they were booked up but she would move around the schedule for me! Thank god for good people! Not only were they sweet, and got me in immediately, the Doctor did an AMAZING job repairing them. If you didn't know I broke them, there would be absolutely no way to know they weren't my real teeth. They look great! She made sure I liked them and tweaked them if there was something I didn't like. She even said if something was bothering me after a week or two I could come back and she would fix it. She rocks! Not to mention, their office is so cute! It's small, but very professional looking and very modern on the inside. I liked everything about my experience here! IF YOU ARE MAKING A CHOICE ABOUT WHICH DENTIST TO GO TO...GO HERE!!
