We also know how scary it can be to go to the dentist and orthodontist. Many people fear coming in, so we do everything that we can to provide a calm and comfortable environment. Our staff is great at what they do. They are here to discuss any of your concerns and put you at ease.
There is also nothing worse than feeling like you are not able to discuss your teeth with your orthodontist. We dont want you to feel that way, so we are all here to help answer any questions you may have, no matter how silly you think they are. We can assure you that we have heard most of them already!
Mandi is our clinical supervisor who has worked with Dr. Quast since 1999. She brings many excellent talents to this practice, both in the clinic and the lab. She is in charge of training all of our clinical employees. Because of her experience in the field and her completion of several continuing education courses, Mandi is a seasoned pro in our office. She especially enjoys working with patients, and one of her favorite procedures is putting in fixed retainers. She is married with two sons and one daughter. She is very family-oriented, and she loves attending her boys basketball games. One of her other hobbies is singing.
Chris has been the lab technician at Quast Orthodontics for 13 years. He was married in June 2013, and has a son (2 yrs) and daughter (5 yrs). Throughout his career, Chris has completed several continuing education courses, such as those in soldering, wire bending, pontic design, and Essix production (as part of a BioStar course). He is also a huge UK and Bengals fan, and he loves music and going to concerts. He is also a great athlete, enjoying sports such as sand volleyball, billiards, tennis, and bowling.
Amber has been a part of the Quast Orthodontics team since 2017. She is the Office Coordinator and our go-to-girl. She is also a busy mother of 2; a girl and boy, along with 2 cats and saltwater fish. Theyre hoping to add a dog to their family soon as well. She enjoys house projects with her family and loves being outdoors. You will either see her smiling face (or eyes through the mask) at the front desk as you walk in, or in the clinic with the patients.
Kat has been with Quast Orthodontics as a clinical assistant since 2019. Previously, she worked in general dentistry and Orthodontics in California and overseas for 9 years, before kids. After a lot of moving between states, her family has settled here in Northern Kentucky. They have 3 boys, a small schnoodle and a few chickens. Kat speaks Russian, enjoys cooking, baking and created a food blog/website that she meddles with from time to time. She loves working on home projects and traveling. You will see her working on patients with a smile and a gentle touch and occasionally answering phones in the front.
Yvonne has been at Quast Orthodontics since early 2020, but overall, a clinical assistant since the summer of 2016! In addition to working in the clinic, she is our office DJ, keeping all your favorite music playing. Yvonne has a year old bearded dragon named Godzilla. She enjoys spending time with her family and is always up for a road trip. Yvonne loves making a difference in someones day or teeth.
Nick is a front desk assistant and clinical assistant in training. He graduated from The University of Kentucky in 2020 with a degree in Agriculture and Medical Biotechnology. Nick plans on applying to Dental School and someday become an Orthodontist! In his free time, he enjoys hiking, nature photography, cheering on UK and spending time with friends and family.
Donna has been with Quast Orthodontics since 2018 as an Insurance Coordinator. Previous to work here, she worked for 12 years as an orthodontics office manager. She moved from Berea, KY to NKY to help care for her 7 yr old granddaughter in addition to her part time work here. Shes an avid reader, enjoys painting, drawing, knitting and spending time with family.
For starters, Dr. Quast is an orthodontic specialist who is committed to the SixElements of Orofacial Harmony. This ensures you receive a total treatment plan which focuses on the harmonious alignment of the face, teeth and jaws as a whole.

When I started going to Quast Orthodontics, my teeth were incredibly crooked and out of place. Three years later, I have a lovely smile thanks to Dr. Quast and his staff of amazing hygienists. He and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Quast to anyone seeking to straighten their teeth.

The price they told me through the phone was completely different when I came in person. I would not recommend. Staff is ok. Not the best. Worst experience I have ever had at a ortho.

Dr. Quast saved my son's quality of life. He's been struggling with allergies for 3 years and has been suffering. When Dr. Quast reviewed his scans for his mouth, he noticed concerning blockages above and asked that I have it reviewed by the ENT doctor. I did and learned my son had a chronic sinus infection for a very long time requiring surgery, which is something his other doctors missed. He's amazing and goes above and beyond! And his teeth are coming along nicely also.

I highly recommend Dr. Quast! Dr. Quast and his staff are absolutely fabulous! Myself and my four siblings were all treated by him and now I am bringing my child there too. My siblings and I all have beautiful smiles and still get compliments on our smiles 20+ years later! My beautiful smile is usually one of the first things people notice about me and it has helped contribute to my confidence level my entire life. He even dug up my old file to show my daughter, and made comparisons, to make the best recommended treatment plan. He is very knowledgeable, particular and is a perfectionist, which is exactly what anyone would want for orthodontic treatment. He not only is particular about the alignment of the teeth, but bone, face, jaw structure, and air ways too. He is the only orthodontist I would ever trust and recommend.

After my ugly duckling stage, lol, Dr. Quast gave me more than I had hoped for. Now, people compliment me all the time on my great smile. What he gave me is priceless and couldn't be happier. It literally changed my life. Can you believe I actually work for the guy now. Not only is he my doctor and boss, but he is also a good friend. "Smiles do change lives"

My dentist referred me to Dr. Quast and I'm glad he did. Clean place, great staff, and they are following COVID-19 guidelines properly. Dr. Quast is very experienced at what he does and it shows. Highly recommend this place!

I recommend Dr. Quast to anyone at any age. I am in my 50's and had to under go a major procedures to keep my teeth. Dr. Quast has seen me through it every step of the way. I am so happy with the out come. It's like I had plastic surgery for my teeth and smile. Also, with all my appointments (I had a lot of them). I never had to wait. They work very hard to make sure your appointment stays on time. Thank you so much Dr.Quast for making my smile healthy and happy.

Originally went to Dr. Quast several years ago for a non surgical option to fix my bite and could not be happier with the result. The staff is always friendly/efficient and the facility is clean. Just went in for a retainer check and everything still looks great after several years now. I am in the medical field (physician) and Dr. Quast has a great reputation. My general Dentist referred me to Dr. Quast because he knew my high expectations would be met. Alot of his staff I have gotten to know well and they are very fine people. I get many compliments on my smile :)

Dr Quast and his staff have been fabulous over the years. They treat us like family! Both of my children have needed extensive work and the results have been amazing. Dr Quast and his staff brings a relaxing environment for both kids and parents. I would highly recommend Quast Orthodontics!!

Our son started seeing Dr. Quast recently as a referral from his pediatric dentist for crowding and jaw pain. From the moment we arrived our son felt comfortable with Dr. Quast and the staff. He gets very anxious with strangers, but has had a great experience since he got his appliances put on. We can already see a difference and he says he forgets anything is in his mouth. We're starting treatment for his brother as well. We'd highly recommend Dr. Quast and his staff for caring and detail oriented service.
