I've been coming here for a couple of years and it was great until I went in on Nov. 2021. I went in because I was having pain in my gums and expressed that my wisdom teeth were pushing through and they were very painful. Dr. Quasha responded with "you'll live" and walked out of the room. I left that day, still in pain and was told by the staff to find an oral surgeon who could help. Then I called today on Nov. 1, 2022 after scheduling an appointment on the previous Monday. I missed that appointment, I wrote it wrong in my calendar. Totally my fault and I acknowledge that. So I called on November 1st to apologize for getting the dates wrong and to let them know I've had a sudden and horrible pain in one of my wisdom teeth. The woman on the phone, Lisa I believe, chuckled after i had told her I missed my appointment and placed me on a hold. The lack of basic manners is really hurtful and frustrating especially when I'm expressing that I am in pain. I will not be returning to this dentist. It makes me sad because it's convenient and they seemed wonderful at first. But now I just feel uncomfortable. If you're looking for a friendly environment and polite staff, look elsewhere.

Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou! I definitely give Quasha Dentistry 5 stars! Cracked my Tooth and Quasha took perfect care of me, even responded on a weekend! Awesome customer Service! Beautiful office, I couldn't be more pleased with the care! Thanks Again I can smile with confidence. :)

I've been a patient of Dr. Quasha's for 3 years now. So happy I found his office! Awesome doctor plus he's hilarious which makes the experience of going to the dentist so much better. Everyone on his team is amazing! They are so friendly and they take their time to address any concerns you have. I had to have an emergency root canal when I was 7 months pregnant and they all made me feel super comfortable. Don't look any further, go see Dr. Quasha and his wonderful staff :)

Exceptional experience! Right from meeting Doctor Quasha for the first time, his style of examination was friendly, comforting and yet detailed and indepth. Highly recommend. Not to forget, the support staff here are the best I have ever met. Scheduling, preparing and helping to execute the procedures with a smile making the patient so comfortable. Again, highly recommend. Thank you.

I am not going to write about the issues I have with this dentist at this time as I am going to try to, in good faith, attempt to resolve the ongoing issues with the doctor. Update: This doctor has not given me my medical records despite requesting them since December 28th. It has been over two months. My insurance sent me to another dentist who agreed with me. The insurance said they will take care of this and they will deal with Dr. Quasha.

The woman in the front desk is very very very rude. Dentist is nice, there is a woman who did my cleaning who is also very very nice.

I absolutely will never set foot in this place again. The cleaning was most uncomfortable I have ever had. Dr. Quasha makes it clear he has absolutely no time for you, and rushes in and out of the room. In the 30second exam he gave me, he pressed very hard on one of my teeth. While I may have needed a filling at some point in the future, it is now an emergency as he damaged the tooth and it is causing a lot of discomfort. I will not return to them for this.

I don't like this dentist because the last time I was there he filled a tooth for me a left the feeling hight and I told him , he was such in a rush to take care his other client and left it like that , so when I was eating after few days my tooth crack and made and appointment so he can fixed and then he wanted to charge me so much money when it was his fault from the beginning.

I went to Dr. Quasha about a year ago, after evaluation he says that he doesn't accept my 2 insurance, Humana PPO and Solstice, he offered me to pay $1000 out of my pocket and not deal with insurance companies. I was in pain so I accepted to pay, unfortunately I never checked with my insurance, he ended up billing them as well. He had to redo my crown about three time until he got it right. A year later (a week ago) after a root canal I had on my tooth, Dr. Quasha and his staff got to know that I had contacted my insurance company with the quote (which is double what my insurance told me I would owe for a crown). when I got to my appointment they were so abrupt and unfriendly, I waited an hour to be seen and when they took me in the back, Dr. Quasha came for almost 2 minutes, was very unfriendly and short. He didn't answer to any question I asked, and told me bluntly to go check with the front desk before any answer he could give me. His helper escorted me out to the front desk to hear that they have to hear from my insurance company. I got someone from my insurance on the phone, and I also offered to pay cash and get reimbursed later, his staff said because I contacted my insurance they can't help me. For anyone going to Dr. Quasha's practice, I suggest please call your insurance and get some knowledge of what's covered. If you hear nonsense of there's a D2999 code that doesn't exist query the practice on what they are charging you. I care less to go to an unethical practice who cares more about money than patient in pain, what's worse is that I offered to pay and they didn't accept because they knew my insurance company were going to nail their fraudulent charges. Obviously this doctor is all about the money and he cares less about his patients. I DO NOT RECOMEND Dr. Quasha TO ANYONE INCLUDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY. If there was less than 1 star rating I would have picked it.

The worst place in the world do not go here the front office lady is probably the worst employee to ever exist she left me a very rude voicemail after she blocked her number and called me back after I called her rude and unprofessional ... is this really real ?? I would not go here and trust these people with your teeth and I hope you all find this review Before deciding on going here !! And to her reply about me yelling obscenities I still saved your voicemail that you left me and sent it to mcna dental as well as Medicaid so I'm pretty sure you'll be hearing from the soon you are the rudest most u professional person I have ever spoken too I mean I'm actually scared people like you are out there caring or pretending to care for people it's like a horror movie

Haven't had dental work in about two years. Everyone in the office is super nice and knowledgeable. My cleaning was amazing !! Also had some cavities filled. Super happy with the work done here!! The doctor is hilarious. His dental assistant Donna is the best !! Thank you !!

I was hesitant in scheduling due to the most recent reviews. I will say that it was a great experience. Diana gave me such a thorough cleaning! The doctor was funny. The whole staff was joking and smiling. The lady at the front is super knowledgeable with insurances and treatment. Needless to say, I've found my home!

Dr Quasha and his staff have been nothing short of perfect . I'm probably not the easiest patient but they have gone above any beyond to give me the perfect smile! Can't thank y'all enough !

Dr. Quasha and his staff are amazing. I have been going to him for 15 years and I've only had great experiences. His hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable and Dr. Quasha is the best! Not only is his work meticulous his personality puts me at ease when I have to get work done. I can't say enough nice things about his practice!

They do their job and the doctor is so nice but he needs to check his staff. They have attitudes for no reason and are very impatient with customers. They work at a FAMILY dental place and these qualities are essential yet they can't learn it.

Emergency visit - I moved from the northeast so I did not have a local dentist. Dr.Quasha and his staff were accommodating and professional. The front desk girls were helpful and clearly communicated the entire process -start to finish. They got me in right away and doc was wonderful, I had zero pain during the procedure , and little recovery time. I highly recommend Dr.Quasha and his team !
