Excellent dental office and staff. They offer a nice dental plan at a fair price for anyone without insurance. I am very happy with the Dentist. Out going and friendly both the staff and Dentist.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Michael Shuck and his staff! From the front desk staff, hygienists ( especially Erica) , to checking out, everyone one is friendly, professional, and just very pleading to be around. Dr. Shuck is personable, professional, honest, and up front! I would not, nor could not go anywhere else!

I gave 2 stars due to the hygienists. The doctors are top notch however the hygienists or single nasty hygienist needs to learn how to do business. I have multiple patients have been seeing Dr Shuck for many years and trust he is a good dentist. I went for a cleaning with a hygienist who was amazing. Scheduled my 6 months cleaning and had to reschedule one month before I was due, because of a change in the hygienists schedule, which is fine. Reschedule to a different hygienist that would accommodate my schedule, then was rescheduled again due to her schedule. Ok so this was getting ridiculous but whatever I reschedule. The date of my appointment arrives and I'm am sick as a dog, later confirmed COVID positive. Called the office at 9 am when my appointment was at 3:30 on and told them I was extremely sick and had to reschedule for at least a month out justly to be sure I was feeling better. The woman I spoke to was very nice and said it wasn't a problem and said she hoped I felt better soon and rescheduled me. Fast forward two weeks and I got the nastiest letter from the hygienist stating that she could not fill my appointment therefor I would be normally charged a $75 missed appointment fee, but I was basically given a break since it's my first time cancelling same day. Keep in mind that I was never told this, nor was I asked for a drs note for my COVID positive test. I cancelled all future appointments and will never return. I wanted to go for the dentist, not for hygiene diva attitudes. I would NEVER treat my customers this way. Please note this is not the dentists but the hygienists.

My husband and I moved to Williamsburg five years ago. When looking for a Dentist in the area, we always prefer either referrals with good references or vetting by reviews. When we landed on Dr. Shuck's office there has been no turning back. His office by far has been beyond thorough. Dr. Shuck ensures you understand whatever the procedure or process is before proceeding. The Office Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Always very accommodating when we need a change in our schedule or if we have an emergency. Our hygienist Erica is highly skilled at cleaning teeth. I had periodontal surgery a number of years ago and it was she who recommended I start using a Water Pik...best decision ever. I now receive wonderful gum checkups compared to years past. Moreover, I was in just a few days ago due to a crack in my porcelain onlay. Rather than telling me I needed a Crown replacement, he suggested a filler for the crack and fixed my issue that afternoon. Far less invasive and expensive than a Crown replacement. We would highly recommend QuarterPath Dental.

I sent my fiance here for a cleaning because we had engagement pictures coming up in a week. They took x-rays told him he had a root canal that needed taken care of but then refused to do any kind of cleaning because they want to reschedule a different visit for a deep cleaning. We requested that they do some form of cleaning but they refused. We will not be rescheduling a visit here.

Apparently they don't want to give an honest review. So I will edit my comment because I am not trying to take food off anyones table, just state my experience which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. Yes the office is clean, staff is nice, they give you these wonderful pouches to carry your supplies home in. However, let's talk about the work completed. Routine cleaning went well, X-rays found cavities, scheduled for work to be done. Got my cavities filled. Before the pandemic, at my next routine cleaning, great report!!! Well during the pandemic filling came out and I recently had to endure a root canal and a crown. From the mouth of the individual that called me, the conservative approach was taken! Now I'm paying for it!!!!

I am a new patient at Quarterpath Dental and recently had to have 2 teeth pulled. The entire experience was amazing. From the very first moment I sat in the chair, I felt relaxed and calm. I just knew I was in good hands. Ilesha was Dr. Mitchell's assistant and she is sweet and helped to explain everything. Dr. Mitchell was very informative and very professional. He also explained everything as we went along so I didn't feel any anxiety. It was a virtually painless procedure. Best dental experience EVER!!!!! Quarterpath Dental is my now forever dental office. Caroline does my cleaning. DDS Mitchell does the exam, and put on a crown. Both are capable, considerate, and just wonderful!

I have lived in Williamsburg for 14 years and went to the 1st dentist that was recommended to me when I moved here. Then I met Dr. Shuck as a client of mine and decided I would give him a try. I am so thankful that I did! He is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to, and I'm 61 years old. He is very professional and very kind - in a nutshell, he CARES. His staff is wonderful to work with as well! I recommend Dr. Shuck to everyone I know, and everyone I don't know. LOL.

Dr. Shuck and his team are fantastic. This is the cleanest office I've ever been to. They're all so friendly and my hygienist Megan is amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Dr. Shuck and his team are the best in town. The office is always clean and everybody is so professional and nice. I used to go to a different dental office but due to a bad experience with them I had to find another dental place. I'm very pleased and happy with my find. Keep up the great work.

It may be a bit preemptive but first impressions were outstanding. Faculty was clean and appealing. Staff was wonderfully friendly and professional. I suffer from alot of anxiety especially when having to go to the dentist but I felt at ease. Looking forward to returning!
