When building her professional team at Quarry Hill Family Dental, Dr. Jarretts focus was to find individuals who share both her passion for providing quality dentistry and enjoy the rewards of building a trusting relationship with each patient.

Dr. Jarrett was born and raised in Rochester just a few minutes from our office. As a child, she actually spent many hours in our building when it was the former Quarry Hill Park Animal Hospital owned by her father, Dr. Gary Noser. After graduating undergrad from Concordia St. Paul, she attended The University of Iowa College of Dentistry. While there, Dr. Jarrett was trained by some of the best specialists in their respective fields.

During her time in Iowa City, her passion for providing comfortable patient-based dentistry grew. Dr. Jarrett realized one of her greatest abilities as a dentist is to be able to make a patient feel comfortable and build trust with them.

Her passion for providing the highest level of care has fueled her to continue to expand her clinical ability through a pediatric mini-residency at the University of Minnesota, Spear study club and seminars, and other professional development classes. Dr. Jarrett is an active member of The American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Zumbro Valley Dental Association.

When shes not at the office, Dr. Jarrett spends her time with her husband, Nick, and her four young children. They often hike through Quarry Hill Park or explore one of the great Minnesota State Parks. During the summer, you will likely find one of them sneaking out to play a quick nine holes of golf in the evening.

McKenzie joined our team in January of 2020 as our first full-time hygienist. We are very excited to add her to our team as she comes to our office with 13+ years of experience with most of that in a small single doctor office like ours. She shares in the same passion as Dr. Jarrett of providing patients with both exceptional and comfortable dental care.

Originally from Wisconsin, she attended Minnesota State Mankato and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. After graduation she decided to move to Colorado with her husband and spent 11 years working there. They decided to return to Minnesota with their two daughters so they could be closer to family.

Kathy brought her 10+ years of dental experience to our team in March of 2019 as our patient care coordinator. She is the first person you will see when walking into our office and will help make your visit run smoothly. After being away from the dental field for a few years, Kathy missed the relationships she developed with patients.

Her and her husband Phil have two adult children, a son-in-law and one new grandson. As a native of Wisconsin, she unfortunately shares in Sharon's passion for cheering on both the Packers and Badgers.

Sharon has been part of the Quarry Hill Family Dental team from the first day we opened and is an integral part of our team. She brings with her over 36 years of experience as a licensed dental assistant. During her career, Sharon has gained a wide range of knowledge and experience including traveling to Honduras on a dental mission trip where she helped provide dental care to many patients in need.

Sharon grew up in La Crosse, WI, but she has lived in Rochester with her husband for the last 33 years. They have three grown children and three grandchildren whom she loves to spoil. Sharon loves to spend time out on the boat, sewing quilts, and cheering on the Packers.

When Julie joined the team at Quarry Hill Family Dental she brought 25 years of experience working as a licensed dental assistant with her. She quickly became an important part of our team and helps Dr. Jarrett provide the best care to our patients.

Outside of the office Julie and her husband spend time with their black lab, Midnight. They enjoy traveling, fishing in the northern Wisconsin lakes, hiking, and baking. One of her favorite places has visited is Alaska. Our entire office agrees that she makes some of the best cheesecakes we have ever tasted. They never last very long when she brings them into the breakroom.

Nick brings his background in finance, restaurant management, and collegiate golf coaching to Quarry Hill Family Dental. When opening the practice, he had the goal of creating a business that focuses not only on the quality of dentistry but also on the patient experience. Nick understands the importance of providing quality care and a comfortable atmosphere to build relationships with patients and help them feel confident they are getting the best dental care possible.

In addition to working as our Office Manager, he also stays at home with his and Dr. Jarrett's four young children. During his free time, Nick enjoys keeping active outdoors through hiking and one of his passions is playing competitive golf tournaments around Minnesota.
