Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Made an appointment for a cleaning. Went in and only got an oral exam and was told that I needed to get a far more advanced cleaning.

I was previously going to this dentist because they had affordable, out-of-pocket costs for people who do not have dental insurance, but today I was personally turned away and denied service because I just wanted a dental cleaning by the dentist because they only accept appointments with both dental exam and dental cleaning which is $935. Dr Chadd Michael McAlpin personally told me that his practice does not accept any appointments for just dental cleaning for $135. This seems very classist of a doctor, regardless whether it's proper dental protocol, anyone should be able to get basic dental care. Over my years of coming to this office, I can say that they seem to want to stick you with expensive procedures for profit and seems more focused on sales than proper dental protocols because never have I ever been to another dentist that tells me I need this procedure or that procedure except when coming to this dental office.

My dental experience was awesome, and I hate the dentist based on my experiences everywhere else that I have been. At Quarry Creek Dental, I have nothing but good things to say!!! They do what you need to have done and take great care of you. They listen and they explain. They don't try to over sell at all. Also, Kelly does an amazing job with the cleanings! I am so impressed with the team at Quarry Creek. I will never go anywhere else, if I can help it. Thank you to everyone who made this a painless experience! I didn't know that was possible.

I have been a patient of Quarry Creek for over 15 years and always receive exceptional care. Everything is fully explained to me and they have several payment options available. I love this office and always select PPO on my insurance so I can continue my care with them. Thank you Dr. Dart and the office staff!

I agree with another reviewer that their billing department/billing system stinks! I was sent to collections even though I didn't owe them anything and they had initially overbilled me in the first place. I was told I was sent a letter but they didn't have my full address and the letter was returned to sender. Quarry Creek then didn't try to contact me through email or phone even though they received their letter back. Unfortunately my credit score was impacted. They provided a letter to send to credit bureaus. What a huge hassle for me. I will not be returning to Quarry Creek Dental or any of their affiliates.

Omgosh, im 70yrs young and ive never had such a positive first visit at a dentist office. Was dissatisfied with last dentist and after much searching, because of the positive reviews decided on Quarry Creek. I am over the moon with their friendlyness and professionalism. I have NEVER had a dentist sit me down in his office to get to know alittle about his new patient. From the girls at the front desk, (Lindsy) to xays, (Priz)hygenist, (Morgan)Dr. Darts exam and finally financial arrangement,(Marivella), all done expertly. Can not say enough about this dental group.
