The worst dental clinic I have even seen except reception. First time: I asked how much a retainer? I was told by the boss that my son's braces is not perfect, we better have a new braces again. Or go bake to Singapore for get a retainer. How a rude lady! Second time: I was told I should be pay for X-ray even though I didn't take it. I will check with my insurance company. The third time: I was told if I don't want to take an X-ray they wouldn't do teeth cleaning for me. I won't go this dental clinic for ever!!! Really bad experiences. Fu Wu Tai Du Ji Qi E Lie De Zhen Suo ,Qiang Lie Bu Tui Jian . Yi Gong Qu Guo San Ci ,Yi Ci Bi Yi Ci Geng Chai ,Fei Chang Zao Gao De Ti Yan .

Postponed my appointment 2 times.( the reason say the doctor doesn't have time)and then 8 months later. the days before the appointment . They tell me not to accept my insurance(they have accepted my insurance before).I need pay my pocket. no credit clinic.Never goback again.

Got my Invisalign done here, the staff was very nice. The process was smooth, Dr. Lam was able to answer all my questions.

Dr. Lam is a very diligent and devoted dentist who helped me fix my bite through Invisalign and quality routine care. I was in a delicate position where I did metal braces 10 years ago, which caused me severe gum recession and also a wonky overbite. Dr. Lam was able to help me fix those issues and restore a brilliant smile. I was always happy when I come over because I know all the staff (who are extremely dedicated and kind and also became my personal friends outside of the dentist clinic). Service is fast and friendly and I'm generally in and out in about 30 minutes for biannual cleanings. High recommended and a shoutout to Dr. Lam, Nicky, Hua, and Tia! Thanks!

I got my invisalign with Dr. Lam and all I can say is that I'm extremely happy with the results. Their patient care is outstanding and her staff is wonderful and always helpful. Dr. Lam herself is great and will answer all your questions.

I have been going to Dr. Lam for a couple of years now and my dental health has highly improved from its previous condition. Actually it has never been better. Dr Lam is a great person, very informative and genuinely helpfull. The staff are all also amazing, very kind and attentive to your needs. I recommend you try Quality Smile Dental.

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and when I arrived for the appointment they said they no longer accept my insurance. Never got a message letting me know of the change. They didn't seem to care at all.
