LOW quality. I booked an appointment weeks in advance and was waiting over an hour to see someone. They never communicated that they were running behind or came out to tell me how long the wait would be, and did not even apologize for wasting my time off of work. Plus, if you walk in to fill out paperwork and they give you a pen taped to a plastic knife instead of a $5 clipboard, do you really entrust them to use medical tools inside your mouth? They would have been comfortable leaving me out there for hours with no explanation. Simply unacceptable service. Look elsewhere, trust me.

Tried calling for over a week now to book An appointment for my wife and left multiple voicemails and still no one picks up the phone . What is the deal . Does anyone actually work here . I called over 10 times at all hours of the day and no one answers the phone .

I don't understand i call them everytime i get a chance to make an appointment but no one answer,left a voicemail so many many times and no one has call me back so why post your number and do not answer calls there's no way that any of the staff didn't hear itAnd they probably don't even bother listening to their voicemail

Most worst unprofessional place I have ever been to the dental tech was cursing and threatening me and my son, I had to call the police. I would give them no stars but you had to put at least one for it to post.

The dentist and staff are great .I highly recommend this place .A place that actually cares and addresses concerns and performs great work.I have 3 kids that go here also they are great with kids .No pain ,or bad experiences he is the only dentist I will go to.

Dr.G and the Dental Assistant are a great team. Got my 2 front teeth fixed today after a long time of hiding my mouth when "smiling". Finally I'm taking care of my dental health and it is great to have such hardworking team behind it, Thanks again!!

Does an amazing job. I was iffy at 1st because of the reviews but I see now for myself everyone wont be happy but they do their job and I and my family and friend love this dentist and the team. I recommend 100%

The customer service definitely set them aside from most medical practices in Florida. I relocated here from Central NY and was having difficulty finding a Dentist. A-1 customer care, very clean extremely professional and was very compassionate! I will definitely refer to family and friends!

90 days to get first appt. Hygenist Cathy chastised me for not having brought my X-rays from other dentist. How would I know? Then she brow beat me for not brushing enough before looking in my mouth. After an incredibly brief scaling (the scratching off of tarter) she polished some of my teeth and called it done. Not even Wilson Dental was so uncaring about me. The dentist reviewed my x-rays rambling off information and then spent almost a minute looking in my mouth while rambling acronyms for each tooth's needs AND LEFT. Hygenist told me to go get filling appts and I need 3 crowns. "Oh, what teeth?" I asked. "Well 27, 25, 21 and crowns in 15, 17 and 5." (I made those numbers up but not the point). "oh, what teeth are those, can I see a chart?" I still left confused. IF you don't want my best care, don't pretend to be in that business. They are Insurance billing medical quackery in the Dentist style. Change my mind.

Since is a very wonderful office. My family and I which includes four children have been a patient of the office for at least ten years. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Dr. Gideon is an amazing dentist. I have had many bad experiences over the years and when I met Dr. Gideon he made me feeling comfortable. My kids absolutely love him. He is a very gently and patient dentist!

First time here at this dental office for myself and both my kids for a cleaning. Our appointment was at 10:30am. We didn't get seen until close to noon when they took my oldest daughter in. A dentist/dental hygienist came out the room complaining she's obligated for a lunch and she won't be taking her co-worker's 2 patients (myself & my daughter). She made herself HEARD. LOUD & CLEAR, cussing and all that. In front of my kids at that. Very unprofessional. I left afterwards and I will be finding a new family dentist for myself and my kids.

if you truly care about excellent dental health for you and your loved ones, Quality Family Dental in Syracuse, New York, is a fantastic and fabulous as well a cute place for you to go to. The practice boasts of state-of-the-art equipment, very hygienically clean office environment, minimum wait time as well as courteous and respectful employees. Above all, the doctor is highly skilled, down-to-earth humble, very friendly, informative and professional. I strongly assure you that after every visit, you will go home with satisfactory smiles.

I initially had a few poor experiences with this dental office, however they hired all new administrative staff and now this office is running much more smoothly. The staff is great and Dr. Ochiabuto is very gentle and caring.

This has got to be the most unprofessional dentist office I've had nothing but problems twice weve gone there an they said we didnt have an appointment an they always have an excuse as to why the appointment they made isnt in the system I've had to cuss one of there dental assistants out for the roughness with my daughter I'm done with this dentist an I would recommended you think twice before you go there....
