'I had Dr. Martin treat me. I have never had a more patient, attentive, and reassuring medical professional. Because of painful childhood experiences with dentistry, I have anxiety and I am very apprehensive about getting my mouth worked on but he made me feel welcome and unafraid. I 've been there twice now. The first time it was for a cleaning and he made them look like new. He had the same demeanor so I know its not a fluke.'

5 star all the way. It was first visit today. From reception the ladies were nice. They know their stuff. The Doc was cool and had a great touch with the dental equipment. Lastly, he took time and walked me thru the x-rays. I work in the medical field, l know top tier service.

Dr. Martin and his staff always makes me feel comfortable when I have an appointment. I appreciate Dr. Martin shows you the cost of what is going to take place before he does any work. I'm glad he's in my community.

Great visit! Highly recommend Quality Dental of Bowie! Dr. Martin and his staff are very professional and very easy to talk with on all matters. The office is up to date with online scheduling technology and office equipment. Very pleased with my exam & cleaning and overall experience!

Recommend to this Dentist from a provider who moved. Paid Half to make an appointment for fillings. Something came up the morning of. And just wanted to move my appointment to another day. Not cancel but just reschedule. They tell me they will "not charge me $50" but I have to pay the rest. Just to reschedule ? Ok I cancel my appointment and get my money back because I think it's a bit ridiculous that it seems to be profit over people. Whatever I spoke in a kind manner to the receptionist and that was that. My wife also had an earlier appointment that she was able to keep. Upon her arrival she is met with "Theatre". The Dentist at this establishment refuses to do her work that was already fully paid for because he considers us a "Family" so if I canceled, that somehow has anything to do with my wife's appointment. Simply one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dentist. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've encountered with someone in such a profession. But hey Dentist are everywhere but won't recommend this one to my worst enemy.

Dr Martin is very professional. No wait time and very sufficient. He makes sure you're comfortable and pain-free. The office staff is also professional and friendly. The office is nice and clean.

I was referred to the dentist. I had a cracked tooth and I was full of fear. I've always had dental insurance but I haven't always used it because of my fear. I tried 40 minutes on the highway and I passed several dentists to get to him. If you haven't seen one in a very very long time this is a good place to start. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. He's not going coddle you, he's a professional but share your fears. Share your past experiences so he'll have an understanding of where your fears come from. That's the best thing I can say other than I'm happy with his work. I'm definitely happy with his work. But before this I would've never have gone to the dentist because I couldn't get past my fear.

Dr. Martin has a very soft touch. I appreciate he doesn't try to convince me to do procedures that aren't necessary.. I highly recommend. He's always right on time and efficient.

Excellent!! The young ladies at the front are exceptional and accommodating from the time you make your appointment and throughout your visit.
