KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTISTRY!! Do NOT go through my experience!! I was very eager to get a routine cleaning since I missed my cleaning last year due to COVID shutdown. Decided to go somewhere closer to home and my sister in-law recommended me here. I've NEVER EVER had such a horrible experience like I had this morning. The dentist was so rough and sloppy that I thought I was being pranked. She treated my teeth as if they were made out of metal or as if I was a horse! I was slobbering all over and down my neck while she held the suction thing over my face above my top lip! When I had a chance I asked for a paper towel and she told me to use the paper apron I had on. I couldn't wait til she was done. When she said to make an appointment for my broken filling I was supposed to assume I was to rinse and was done. I'm guessing I have no cavities, just a broken filling. I was so disgusted with the lack of carefulness, communication, and overall vibe. I spoke to my sister in law and explained what happened. She began saying that that's how teeth cleaning is" No, I'm 39 and have gotten at least 50 teeth cleanings done in my lifetime. She then says "maybe because you were nervous or had anxiety coming in" No, I was excited and like I said, eager to get my teeth examined. She then says "it's because she's by herself and doesn't have an assistant" Okay?! Should I be more understanding because they're understaffed? Shouldn't have preformed any services if it's best done with an assistant especially if I'm a new patient. I was hoping to love this place so I could make appointments for my mom and son. So glad I was the guinea pig and didn't put my loved ones through this experience. I will be recommending my sister-in-law to my previous dentist 25 miles away so she can finally see the difference of what a dentist appointment should be like.

Came in to this office after a prolonged hiatus from Dental check ups due to Covid19, so needless to say doctor Ervin and his colleague Olga had their work cut out for them. Best experience i had in a long time. Virtually no wait whatsoever, friendly staff, clean facility and all around painless experience.....for once i actually left a dentist with a smile on my face, Highly recommended !!!!

Great dentists and dental assistants. Very nice office staff. Fair pricing and works well with my insurance. Very happy patient.

I rushed on Monday for an emergency treatment. My tooth was killing me and my regular Dr was not available. The staff was welcoming and were able to get me in immediately early in the morning. I called several times during the day to update on my condition and the assistant to the doctor was always there to answer any of my questions. Excellent staff.

They refused to give me my records and were very rude, I went for a cleaning and I end with pain at the front tooth, because the "dr" went too deep with the cleaning, other day I went to fix a crown and they literally destroy it, so now I have to travel out the country to replace the crown because here is too expensive. Not only that I went today with an infection and the owner that's also a "doctor" not even check my tooth and start to harass me about the comment I made here. I'm seriously considering to report them to the Insurance and the Health Department if they not send the medication to the pharmacy. This place is terrible!!

The worst dental office with uncaring and rude staff, especially an untrustworthy dentist. The dentist was a woman who messed up on my cavity filling and tried to repair her mess and ran out of the room and down the hall so I couldn't ask her what she did wrong. Not to mention the unkindness. The cleaning I had was about 30 seconds and done so cheaply. They do not care and will mess up your teeth.

I have been patient for several years now , always have good experience never wait for my appointment more than 10 min always on time , dentist is very gentle and very carring, painless . The stuff in office very nice and friendly .I'll definitely recommend for my family and friends.

Went in for a filling, they took one X-ray on each side and the "Dr" told me I had a cavety in upper right. I gave him the ok to do the filling. From that day on I was in extrem pain (2 weeks). I went back I told him my right side hurt all the time, even when i talked. He decided to give me anestisia, not sure what he had in mind, but then says "i numb you for nothing, because you will need a root canal." how in the world you go for a simple filling to getting a tooth infected and needing a root canal? I called to get the copies of the x-rays as i decided to go to another doctor and the lady who answered the phone was extemely rude and said i didnt have any x-rays done. This place is the worst dentist i have ever been to. Now i am up to my neck with dental bills as i needed to get a root canal, a pin and a crown... all due to malpractice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
