Worst Dentist & Dental Assistant Ever. Extremely Disorganized, Mishandles payment information and the Dental Assistant has a horrible, unprofessional attitude, and the Dentist lies to your face about payment of services with a smile. Both the Dentist and Dental Assistant have very poor communication skills with each other when it comes to billing, and the patient ends up getting yelled at instead over the phone when they lose or mishandle payment information. The Dental Assistant tried to excuse her yelling at me by saying she was on "speaker phone", and she never apologized for it either. In the beginning, I'm told I can keep my credit card on file, and pay for my appointments that way. But when the Dental Assistant lost or mishandled my payment information, she didn't own up to it. She just suddenly called me to say that she "didn't have my card on file anymore" and I had to pay for a missed appointment, which I thought was covered since I never received an invoice from the appointment that day or the days following afterwards. I only knew about this after my Annual Cleaning appointment....2 weeks later. DO NOT GO HERE. These women are rude, short-tempered, and are calculating liars. If you don't believe me, go for yourself and find out the hard way.

Dr. Cofer is truly amazing I do not mind the drive at all because she has help my lovely smile so much. It it still an on going progress but she is great. Her front desk and assistance Mrs. Alicia has help a lot with getting me on the schedule even when it's been an emergency. They take COVID protocol seriously and that means a lot. Thank you for all your hard work and helping my lovely smile.

Dr. Cofer and her staff were amazing for my first visit! I hadn't been to the dentist in several years because of school, and Dr. Cofer was extremely kind and understanding of my anxiety going into the appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cofer is extraordinary. She's patient, thorough, and does whatever it takes to be sure you are comfortable in the chair, whether it's for a consultation, an exam, or a cleaning. She has a steady and gentle hand and she has a wonderful bedside manner. She takes the time to listen to you and makes sure that you don't leave until all of your questions and concerns are addressed and that you understand all of your options. Her assistant Mandy is very sweet and she has such a pleasant personality. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist with any other doctor! We need more health professionals like her!

Myself and my two daughters have been coming here for years. Dr. Cofer and her staff has always treated us with love and care, it feels like a family event every time we have an appointment. Her staff is very professional and detailed. They send you text messages and emails of upcoming visits so you wont forget about your next appointment which helps me out a lot. My daughters love going to the dentist because of Dr. Cofer and her staff. Also my daughters are 7&8 and they haven't gotten a cavity yet in part because of Dr. Cofer.

Dr. Cofer did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth! Not a coffee or tea stain left. Additionally, the guidance she provided to help me stop grinding my teeth I will apply immediately.
