Went in for root canal and build up and crown. No insurance.... Out of pocket. Paid close to 4000.00. Absolutely crazy!!! Husband went in to get his plate fixed..... paid $368.00 just to take the plate out of his own mouth and hand it to them never said it will cost more. Went to pick them up.... They wanted $368 more.... and said they called our insurance company and our insurance company told them they have no record of us. My husband picked me up from work I called my insurance company and they said they have no idea why the dentist office would tell my husband that because we are fine on our insurance. Woman behind my husband said she was paying $200.00 for the past 9 months to get her plate when she got there they wanted $900.00 more. The lady said what Have I been making monthly payments for then? The receptionist said your insurance hasn't paid a dime. RED FLAG THESE PEOPLE ARE DOUBLE DIPPING. STOP NOW AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Quality Dental Care for many years. I must say todays visit was very different in a positive and amazing way. I was very concerned at first seeing so many different faces from what I was used to seeing at this office but right away I was made to feel welcomed. My new hygienist Samantha was awesome and welcoming. She was so gentle with my cleaning, for the first time ever I didn't leave with my teeth and mouth hurting as I thought you were suppose to feel this way after a cleaning. From the front receptionist to the Doctor that came in to check on me, very professional and welcoming. I'm glad I still feel at home at Quality Dental Care, even with all the changes. Thanks again Samantha (Go Giants !!)

I'm trying to find a good dentist to take me and my kids too but after reading the reviews I'll look somewhere else because all I kept reading was bad reviews. Especially about the receptionist , that lady should've gotten fired after the way she kept treating people especially not letting someone get a word in on the phone and hanging up on them. It ridiculous about everything I read with the reviews. I'll keep looking for a dentist for me and my kids somewhere else. Thanks for the heads up everyone and I am so sorry for everything everyone went through with this dentist office

My family and I have been going there for years. My father had an appointment and the receptionist asked for him to fill out his medical history. Again we have been going there for years but of course, they may have needed an updated copy. My father does not know how to write in English well nor did he have his reading glasses. The front receptionist told my father to go home and fill it out or to go home and get his glasses. I AM FUMING RIGHT NOW. My father is 63 years old and you want him to go all the way back home to get his reading glasses to update a form?? He can't write proper English so why couldn't the receptionist help him fill it out?? This is ridiculous. I called the office and asked for the office manager and the individual on the call laughed and asked right away if I was calling for my dad. So obviously sweetie, you knew you did something wrong. She explained to me she told my dad he can bring back the form after his appointment. Then why did my dad come back home fuming??? He understands English fine, he just can't write it. The front receptionist lied to me, giving me excuses. The facility really needs to work on their communication skills because I am out of words for the disrespect especially in todays modern society. How did you just tell an elderly man to go back home to get his reading glasses to fill out a from that only needs to be updated? AND then lie to me when I called you while laughing? Seriously so disappointed, there seems to be a lack of quality at the receptionist area at "Quality" Dental Care.

My hygienist Rachel was amazing . Like almost every American I hate going to the dentist but she made it an amazing experience. Very knowledgeable!

I've been going to "Quality" Dental Care since I can remember and ever since they switched over I have been highly disappointed. They are beyond disrespectful, hang up on the phone with you, you ask questions and they are basically clueless. If I could give no stars I would.

I called this office to try to set up a dental appt, expecting to pay out of pocket. Well instead I was hung up on immediately before even getting another word out. I appreciate the absolutely awful service; you should really get a better person to answer the phones.

Called on Friday at 2:00. Someone answered and put me on hold for 50 mintues! Smh unprofessional. They could've asked if I could call them another time

I have been going to quality dental care since 2012 and had no problems until now. Recently they switched receptionist and updated to corporate. Long story short today I find myself going back in forth with a receptionist about my payment plan that was set up by the previous receptions prior to my visit. First off it is not my job to keep your files together , Secondly why do I have to go back and forth with a receptionist at the dentist office after I just got my mouth worked on. On top of that my last two visits in the waiting room were very uncomfortable and it does feel like I'm a little person in a corporate office ! Shot out to my dentist and hygienist tho!!

Lady at front desk with glasses and who answers the phone is totally rude and disrespectful... I am in total pain and swollen jaw. I tried to make appt to have a referral to a oral surgeon to have tooth removed asap. Lady gets nasty, then tried to accuse me of fraud and then hangs up in my face. Brought my kids here prior and how I was treated was totally unacceptable. They will not receive my business ever again. Not to mention a so called past due bill that my insurance should have paid for... Lady says they see where insurance paid but they didn't receive anything idk. WATCH THIS PLACE, THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY FROM YOU AND INSURANCE COMPANY... DOUBLE BILLING.

Wait time is long. Appointments are for their convenience not yours. I understand emergencies but my time is valuable as well. Very expensive. I wont be coming back nor would I refer anyone here.

Just received a bill from Quality Dental for the crown that fell out 9 months ago and was a little over a year old! The dentist told me last fall that they no longer use the crown company and they would not even give me a discount for a new crown! Today they sent me a bill for work they did on the crown last fall. I paid the bill because they did try to save it but it fell out again, 2 days later. Avoid this place at all cost! Why are they sending bills 9 months later? The company changed owners last year! Good news! Sea Isle Smiles redid the crown and there has not been a problem since!!!!

I was having a dental emergency I went into the office with no appointment everyone was so friendly and professional they got me in to see the Doctor in a very timely manner as if I had an appointment I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Quality Dental
