If you were seen on Saturday, May 19th by Dr. James Singer (oral surgeon) please note that at that time he was still a resident in training from Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College. Dr. Singer was moonlighting which was against his contract. You can verify the information with the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office at Westchester Medical Center. Quality Dental is not a training site for residents. You were scammed by Dr. Ennabi! Check your insurance, they submitted a claim under Dr. Adam Arnoldt. Have your insurance dispute the claim and they will contact Quality Dental for Dr. Singer's information. Quality Dental cannot provide the information because Dr. Singer was a resident in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency training program. If you paid cash to have your tooth extracted just know that you paid for a resident to extract your tooth and you could have gone to the residency dental clinic and paid WAY less. Dr. Ennabi scammed you and I. I asked Dr. Ennabi if Dr. Singer was a resident and he told me "no, Dr. Singer had graduated from his training program". Dr. Ennabi lied right to my face. Dr. Ennabi willingly deceived his patients all for money and he is ok with that. Physicians are supposed to have high ethical standards. DR. ENNABI DOES NOT. There is a good chance Dr. Ennabi has done this before and could be still doing this. Look up the providers who you see there to make sure you are actually seeing a qualified trained surgeon who has graduated from their training program. WHAT A SHAME THAT THIS PLACE IS CALLED QUALITY DENTAL CARE BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE QUALITY DENTAL SERVICE.

The front desk is so horrible they made me leave. Very disrespectful and they give me an attitude most of the time. When I called them a few different times they hung up on me. They also were talking badly about other customers in front of everyone. After years of disrespect I left. Only had an issue with one older dentist that gave me a lot of pain. A lot of the drs are good and do a great job, but what a shame about reception.

Anytime I go to Quality Dental Care it's a great experience! I went in for a cleaning and all the employees are always so kind and professional. The front desk is very accommodating and all the hygienist are super sweet and do a great job! Dr. Ennabi is always kind and you can tell he cares for his patients and knows what's best. I highly recommend Quality Dental Care!

Quality dental care has me still coming to them even when I moved to westchester! Dr Ennabi is the best and always makes sure I'm comfortable when I have a fear of sitting in the chair I never feel any pain. If you're looking for a kind of dentist practice that cares I'd recommend this place for sure.

Best dentist I've found that accepts Fidelis in the 845. Everyone at the front desk is super sweet, anyone that's worked on my mouth has been awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Poor service. Today, I went for my third visit with this dentist group and have already had 3 issues with them. I am not a complainer but just wanted to warn other people as they truly are disorganized and a serious mistake is going to happen here. Here were the 3 issues I have had with them: 1) Day I show up for an appt, they shared I had the wrong day, so I showed them the appt card that they filled out (they had me down for the next day at the same time, so the girl shared the correct date with me and wrote down the wrong date on their calendar- i shared the appt card and my phone calendar as I write down the appt as they share it with me, not a big deal as they did end up taking me that day I just had to wait 45 minutes. Then the dentist starts to do work and share what he is going to do on my teeth that day, I shared I don't think that is correct. Finally they check the file and realized it was the wrong file. Again not a big concern. Finally today, I show up and they tell me oh we tried to call you as the dental hygienist called out sick and they need to reschedule me. When they shared the phone number they had the wrong file again, so they called the wrong number. I took today off from work so I could accommodate the appt, so it really was frustrating. However all three on my concerns weren't too bad, however every time I have been there they have had a major issue going on with other customers (today's wasn't too bad with the woman in front of me, but my first two visits each time customers were very upset and demanding to speak with some one... The other thing I noticed is their employee turnover, I have only gone 3 times but the receptionist was different each time and my dental hygienist was also different each time. On my 2nd visit one of the dental hygienist in the hallway shared that they are so disorganized (after hearing my story). For people trying to select a new dentist, i would definitely look else where. Even though my issues weren't that big, you can see that the office is very dysfunctional and seems to care more about money than patience... My recommendation would be to look for another dentistry group, disorganized and money above patience is never a good mix...

It's a money grab... (I know nothing about their services) "I don't have a Dr in today who will do fillings." "They will see you today... and will do a "Temp" filling which will take 10-15 mins." "You will then have to come back later to do the "real filling" which will take 10--15 mins." Quality Scam, I should have become a dentist.

Chop shop. Do everything to use up your yearly insurance max (usually $1600-$2000 per year) in one to two visits so you can pay out of pocket or sign up for credit from there (as if anyone would do such a thing). They do everything to try to get you to purchase implants which are way overpriced to begin with. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

What can I say. The reason dentists aren't considered doctors in my opinion is because they don't stand by the Hippocratic oath. The only goal of this place is to upsell you. They'll remove your teeth and try to get you to buy overpriced implants instead of the dentures your insurance pays for. They also send request to your insurance long after you're a patient. I contacted my insurance and was told not to worry it's only a request and predetermination. The concern was why were they requesting anything when I'm no longer a patient for well over a year. Be aware!

THE WORST!!!! dental group I have ever dealt with in my life. All they care about is the money they are going to receive for the service and not your overall health. They made me wait over a month for an emergency route canal service which I have gone back and forth with my insurance company and them which my insurance assured me it was covered and approved for 6 months. Right before my appt (which should've been a sign) my insurance cancelled which I got reinstated and now the dental group said they have to redo the claim for service to my insurance. Month 3 going by and still awaiting service. I should've just kept looking at other dental groups that could've took me right away. Just an overall headache if I could rate them a zero I could!! I liked them because they seemed professional and clean. But they don't care about there patients or future patient at all. The main lady at the front desk is a headache also.be mindful!!

I've gotten an consultation for an implant. Dr Arnold was very nice. He answered all my questions and said I was a good candidate for an tooth implant. Services is great. Great experience. Sandy the office manager is great. Highly recommended This practice. The owner did work on my mouth and he was great. Very friendly and knows his stuff. He's always trying to help. If your looking for a dentist this would be your place.

Was with quality for a few years until they started losing my files, having two different folders for me, and then had to give them up when they canceled an appointment I had made a month and a half prior a day before the appointment and had no other times available to fit my work schedule. No apologies just b****ing that no one wants to work.... Maybe it's a workplace issue. I will be finding a new dentist this week since I'll get seen before any other appointments opened up here.... Shame it used to be a nice place

I was taken in as a new patient who had not seen a dentist in way too long. I needed to have 2 room canals on my front teeth and fit in the same day. The doctors and staff were so helpful. Mandy is an absolute sweetheart who reassured me the entire way. I wasn't sent home with near enough pain meds and was kn a great deal of pain for 2 days but that's not their fault. I returned today for a follow up and again was well taken care of. Again, Mandy was amazing as was the rest if the staff I encountered.

Poor customer service skills. Front desk wears gym clothes instead of professional attire. The wait is a hour, at best. Money first, care is 2nd.

Don't bother. I made four phone calls trying to schedule an appointment (with numerous extended holds) only to be told that they are not not scheduling any new patient appointments until two months from now and nothing could be done to expedite my dental emergency.

My son was there to get his 2nd cavity filled (or so he thought) he went inside and the dentist told him why was he there when they already filled the cavity. My son told him he was advised that he needed another cavity filled come to find out he didn't and took time off of work to go there the dentist didn't even apologize and instead told him to go to the front to make an appt for his 6 month cleaning. So I happened to be there to do a cleaning and when we were walking out he advised me of all this, I told him that he already has a 6 month cleaning we went back in and I was very displeased to say the least. I told the front desk lady that why would they make another appt for him when they could see that he already has an appt in the system. They again did not apologize and just said which appt we would like to cancel. Anyway just to say they are very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!!!

Horrible business. I made an appointment about a month ago to get my bottom two wisdom teeth removed. I explained to them that they were submerged and required surgery to get them out. They gave me a price quote of $350 a tooth with comes out to $700. I show up today for my appointment and the doctor/head dentist( not sure of their property title.) Sees that my wisdom teeth are submerged and instantly tries to get out of doing it. First he tells me I only need one done. I explained to him that my dentist said I needed both. So he tells me to get a cleaning while he looks it over I explain to him that I don't have insurance and would just like my teeth pulled. He tells me not to worry about it, that the cleaning is more important. so I do the cleaning and when I come out he says the price for each tooth is a little over 600 dollars. They had me a take a day off work and drive in during a snowstorm just to cancel on the service. On top of that they charged me for the cleaning AND an extra $75 for an xray on the wisdom teeth whose price he just doubled. I had a 1:30 appointment didn't get seen until 2:15 and didn't leave there until 3:30. So I wasted two hours of my life, and spent $150 to not get my wisdom teeth pulled. It was one of, if not the worst dentist experience of my life.
