'Found Dr. Shiyab on line and decided randomly to give him a call since I had a 45 year old post in a front tooth come loose. Luck for me I called Dr. Shiyab since he did an excellent job. Dr. Shiyab cares for his patients as well as his staff does, and makes sure that the experience is pain free and comfortable. He knows his business and knows what it takes to make a patient happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Shiyab. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this excellent dentist.'

I called the office after getting a recommendation. I chipped a molar and they made an appointment for me 3 hours later. Dr. Shiyab was great. He walked me through all my options and promised a painless procedure. It was quick and painless, just like he promised. It was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I'm grateful they got me in so promptly and took care of me so well. The entire staff was great.

Dr Shiyab is a caring professional. He's very good at his profession. He explains in detail his work plan and performs his work efficiently. Through the years I have visited many dentists. Dr Shiyab is remarkably in a class by himself. Suggest you get any quotes/estimates in writing.

The First time I called them, I got no response, so I checked their office hours, and they were not open yet. After 10 minutes, I received a call from a different number, and they were telling me that I called them on this number (which I did not); his voice was not clear, so when I told him that, he asked if I heard him now better, I said a little bit better, he said: "have a good one" and hanged out the call before I ask him my question!! Which is very impolite behavior. I called the first number I called the first time again to make sure this call was really from them, and he answered the call saying, "Hello, Dr. Shiyab speaking," Oh, I noticed his voice, Dr. Shiyab who was speaking with me in the last call with his rude behavior. Bravo Shiyab. I never imagined that doctors could speak disrespectfully to their patients. And I continued to ask him my question. How much do they charge for teeth extraction? He said, "For a limited emergency exam and X-ray and extraction, $560." So, after this experience, do DOCTOR SHIYAB worth trusting him and his service? It's your choice!

Dr. Shiyab is professional, personable and caring. We were looking for a dentist that is a straight shooter interested in quality not quantity and we found that with Dr. Shiyab. They truly live up to their name, Quality Dental Care. Did I mention Vlada, the dental hygienist? She is wonderful. Truly the best cleaning I have ever had. She has such a light touch while giving you a thorough cleaning. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but this practice is great!

We are new to town and found Quality dental! I brought the whole family for cleaning and exam. Vlada Zubkov cleaned all of our teeth. She was so gentle and my teeth felt so much better afterwards. This practice was wonderful to work with in booking an appointment. I asked to be on a waiting list to get in sooner. They truly reached out multiple times and I was able to get in quicker. Dr. Shiyab was so patient in explaining and teaching me on how my childrens teeth were doing. He has video equipment the allows you as the patient to see what is going on in your mouth and discuss a plan of care. I have never experienced this with any dental practice. Thank you for such a great visit!

I can not say one negative thing about my experience here. Not only was the customer service excellent by Vlada and Dr Shiyab, but the work Vlada did for me was incredible. Explained down to every last detail what was going on and walking me through the whole entire procedure during the visit there. Not only that but she looked out for me in every way shape or form she could have. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in or the area looking for high quality dental care. Can not thank them enough.

I got a root canal at a different dentist several years ago. The tooth started hurting so I went back to see my old dentist. He told me he didn't know what was wrong and sent home with some antibiotics. The next day I was in a lot of pain so I went and saw Dr. Shyiab to make an appointment for a second opinion. He brought me back right then and took ex rays of my tooth. He then sent me to a root canal specialist because the prior dentist missed a root during my initial root canal. Long story short he took such good care of me, he even called in a prescription for antibiotics while I was in the Virgin Islands because I forgot my prescription at home. It's a great office, very clean and he treats you like family. He explains everything he is going to do very thoroughly so you understand it before he does it unlike other dentists I have been to in the past. Thank you Dr. Shiyab.

Never would have thought I would be writing a review on a dentist. At age 74, I have been to many. All past visits were difficult due to my small mouth and an extremely sensitive gag reflex. I went to Dr. Shiyab on an emergency due to extreme pain. He was superb! He showed my husband and me all x-rays and pictures and explained everything in detail. I had a crown that had developed a severe infection under it. He also noticed that the crown on the implant next to the infected crown was not fitted correctly. Besides replacing the infected crown, his goal was to save the implant, which saved me a huge bill in the near future. Remember, we saw all of this for ourselves. Now most dentists could have fixed the problem, but Dr. Shiyab amazed me. I experienced no pain, despite spending several hours being worked on. But the unbelievable part was I never gagged, not one time. This included during x-rays, impressions, removing two stubborn older crowns. His assistant did a great job on the X-rays. Dr. Shiyab did the impressions himself. He never left my side the whole time, reassuring me, explaining what he was doing. It took two weeks to get my permanent crowns in place and they fit perfectly. Our son transferred to Dr. Shiyab and he will be transferring his 3 young children. My husband told Dr. Shiyab he wanted his grandchildren to see him as their dentist. Coming from grandpa, this is high praise and respect. The entire staff is so nice and caring. The whole experience was actually pleasant. Do I recommend Dr. Shiyab at Quality Dental Care? Definitely-1000%!!

This rating is for Vlada Zubkov, CRDH, who is Dr. Tariq Shiyab's dental hygienist. I cannot say enough about Vlada. She is excellent at her job, extremely, professional and a perfectionist. Due to health problems, I had not been able to have my teeth cleaned for almost 8 years. You can only imagine the condition they were in. To add to this, I have a small mouth, not being able to open it wide, and an extreme gag reflex. However, Valda was not daunted by any of this. She was so patient, understanding, worked diligently, and got the job done. My teeth did not have one speck of plaque left, verified by x-rays, my seeing the teeth, and by my tongue feeling no rough spots. As a person she is kind, caring, and friendly. I will definitely be seeing her for my regular cleanings. To say I am impressed is a huge understatement. She is awesome!! I would give her 10 stars if I could.
