After a few years as a practicing endodontist in Rockwall and EastTexas, Dr. Garcia founded Quality Centered Endodontics. The goal was to establish a practice that would provide personalizedtreatment with the most up-to-date, cutting-edge technology, in orderto ensure exceptional endodontic care.
Dr. Garcia completed his graduate dental training at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Wanting to expand and broadenhis general dentistry skills, he completed an advanced education in General Dentistry program at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut.
Aware of his passion for the field of endodontics, he decided to pursue specialty training in endodontics, along with a Masters Degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, in Ann Arbor,Michigan. During his graduate training, he taught preclinical and clinicalendodontics at the University of Michigan and earned his Master of Science degree for his work on inflammatory effects in human nerve pulp tissue.
After his initial years in private practice, Dr. Garcia decided to undergo a rigorous examination process held by the Officers and Directors ofthe American Board of Endodontics. After successfully completing a series of case presentations, written and oral examinations, he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He continues to gain knowledge and expertise through courses every year to make sure he is on the cutting edge of his specialty. He is a strong advocate of minimally invasive dentistry and has been incorporating this modern approach into the field of endodontics.
These modern microscopic techniques allow him to preserve as much of your natural tooth structure as possible by using an operatingmicroscope (high power magnification and illumination) forevery stage of the treatment.

By raising the bar on clinical, professional, and ethical standards, we have built a practice dedicated to service and quality care. Dr. Garcia and staff strive to achieve the goals explained below.

I had a severe toothache on my business trip to Dallas three months ago. I received an emergency appointment with the Quality Center Endodontist. Honestly, the room is one of the cleanest and most technologically advanced I have ever seen in any dental clinic. It was a nightmare for me to have a root canal, but Dr. Hale handled it perfectly and without any pain. Afterward, I wait 3 months to ensure that there are no issues with my tooth and then post my review. Moreover, the lady who assisted Dr. Hale was extremely polite and friendly. In fact, all staff members were friendly and kind. God bless you all, especially Dr. Hale.

My dentist had to send me to Dr. Garcia for my root canal because I was told it's a very complex case and it made me nervous. BUT Dr. Garcia made the whole process feel like a walk in the park! Also he used some kind of special device to numb my tooth and I almost felt nothing. It was amazing!! Every staff member at his office made me feel very comfortable and I was very impressed by his professionalism. I would definitely recommend Dr. Garcia for anyone who needs a root canal!

Today I visited Dr. Hale who performed my 1st ever root canal, that I know of. I was terrified about the experience prior to getting there, but Dr. Hale and his assistant were absolutely amazing. I had a PAINLESS root canal done today. I honestly am still in shock that the process was so smooth and painless, but as Dr. Hale promised me, I wouldn't and didn't feel pain, just pressure here and there. If I have to have any other work done, God forbid, I'll be returning to this practice. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I am so grateful my dentist, Dr. Wong referred me to Dr.Garcia and his wonderful staff. I had to have a tricky root canal done. I have had some definite oral surgery anxiety issues in the past and was dreading this! I had an appointment in less than 24 hours. I can't say enough about the understanding and support I was given. The entire procedure was amazing in terms of lack of pain, clear and compassionate communication, and professionalism. The next day they called and checked in on me. It was nice to report that thanks to them I felt great and appreciated everything they did to make what can be an awful experience an absolute success. I absolutely recommend Dr. Garcia and everyone who took care of me at QCE.

Everyone here was super friendly and professional. Very accommodating to my situation. They were able to get me in relatively quick. Dr Garcia was great at explaining specifics for the procedure I had. 10/10 would def recommend.

Dr Garcia is awesome as well as his staff. He is far up to date with technology that allows him to see more than the eye can see. I've had several root canals done in his office mostly those that have to be retreated that other specialist have treated before. He knows what he doing! He is very professional and someone who helps you feel at peace during the procedure. I will always recommend him to others.

Dr. Garcia was wonderful. I have high anxiety with dentist due to having so much dental work from a wreck. He came in and talked to me before they numbed me. He was constantly asking me if I was ok throughout the procedure! I would highly recommend him for your endodonotic needs. He is wonderful!!!

OK gotta stop what I'm doing this a.m. and give some praise where it's due.... Excellent office. Great specialist, very nice staff. So I was in enormous pain last week: my general dentist ascertained that not only 1, but possibly 2 (!??) prior root canals had failed, what!! Pain level 1001 out of 10!! The general dentist made noises about "potential extraction" oh Gawd what, I brush and floss daily unfailingly, how is this possible!!! He recommended Dr. Garcia's practice. Root canal obvs takes an endodontist, and root canal retreatment takes some ++endodontist golden god or similar, dunno... Thankfully Dr Garcia's QCE practice WAS the right stop! They got me in (new patient, I told you I brush and floss!) within 24 hrs of my pathetic call. He was able to get the canal retreated (no extraction!!), murder that infection in there real good, and did so with very minimal discomfort. Yup, worst part was that gag they put in to keep your mouth open! And the fact that the office was cold, but they gave me a blanket even, very nice. Also! Apparently the doc himself personally calls me on the weekend to see how I'm doing with it!! Think I saw a number ring but I don't pick up on unknowns; I believe him tho, because when I had an issue with the antibiotics and called today, I did get to talk directly to him. That level of care is unheard of these days. Lastly! Billing. Straightforward, the lady told me what I owe before they started. Oh and... I know they're honest because- he told me that the problem was with only 1 root canal, not the 2 initially suspected. Anyone unscrupulous could've doubled their money right there: I wasn't about to argue, since when I stepped foot in their office I'd been eating Advil every 4 hrs to no avail and howling in pain. TL;DR: don't wish a root canal on my worst enemy, a root canal retreatment even less so, but if you have to get it, get Dr Garcia to do it.

I don't casually give out a five rating, but it is warranted with the service and treatment I received from Dr. Garcia and his caring staff. The staff was courteous, personable, and efficient. The wait time was excellent; seen within 5-10 minutes of scheduled appointment. The staff called to check on my progress 12-24 hours after initial root canal. Dr. Garcia is personable and competent. He informed me on what he was doing and why. This was the most pleasurable experience under less than pleasurable circumstances. Very capable Endodontist!!!
