I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE! It all starts with me being stuck with the worst tooth pain...I didn't sleep for days...I couldn't even close my mouth or let my teeth touch! My regular dentist said they could do nothing for me.... I spent hours crying on the phone to 20+ other oral surgeons offices across the state that I just want my tooth pulled. Then my luck changed. When I first called the Butler office, the secretary listened to me and then said she would call me back. 20 minutes later I get a call back and she said the Dr would see me anytime today. I was so happy!! I rush there, sit no more than a 10 minutes even with filling out paperwork. The ladies behind the desk were all so nice. And then Dr James P Miller comes in. He gives me an X-ray. Sees the tooth truly needs pulled to stop my pain. He was caring enough to give me a few rounds of numbing shots until I truly couldn't feel anything. This was my first tooth pull so he was caring and explained the process. His work was quick. It took just a few seconds and it was out. He let me keep it and I was on my way. THE BEST PART! I am at home later that evening. It's about 9 o clock and I get a call from the Dr James P Miller. From his home phone. Calling to check on me and make sure I'm feeling alright. That's the kind of care people remember. Not many doctors do follow up calls anymore. I know this was a long read but I just can't say enough!

From start to finish they took amazing care of my 82 yr old dad! Front desk was able to work him in while I was in town. Clinical staff was AWESOME & the Doc called later that night to check on him! Thanks so much!

I had my wisdom Teeth removed from Dr. Jeffrey Miller in the Butler office. I was extremely pleased with his hospitality and of everyone there. I went home and around 7:55 the doctor himself called to check to see how I was doing and to let me know if I had any issues not to hesitate to give him a call at the office. I was very touched and I highly recommend him!

I went to the Kittanning Office to get my wisdom teeth removed. The ladies that assisted were very nice but the dentist yelled at me and man handled my jaw. I understand I may have been not the easiest patient (I was scared and in pain) but his bed side manner needs a lot of work. I will say the procedure was done quickly which I appreciate but I would not recommend.

If you are looking for a caring or understanding oral surgeon this is NOT the place to go to! The front desk and assistants were all very kind and nice but the doctor was the meanest, nastiest person i've ever dealt with in a medical setting.

Dr. Jeff is the best oral surgeon in Butler County. He noted that I was HORRIFIED of dental procedures and made sure that I was completely numb before extracting two teeth. Dr. Jeff also kept me calm by telling me stories about his collegiate experience as a dental student and continuously reminded me to breath. He was caring, kind and did an amazing job.

Dr. Jeffery Miller is by far the best Dr I have ever had. He is so caring and made sure that I was no longer in pain from the abscess I had. I didn't have an appointment but I showed up there with an abscess and he removed the infected tooth and made sure I was ok. I didn't have a long wait time either. He is a very good man. Thank you for everything.

Dr Jeffrey Miller provided wonderful caring treatment for my young daughter. She needed an extraction of a primary tooth for orthodontics and he was kind, gentle, and patient with her. He took an appointment that could have been negative and turned it into a positive experience for her!

I can not say enough good about these dentists and staff!! Had wisdom teeth removed a few years ago after having another dentist just broke them off at the roots instead of actually removing them. Recently I started having issues with a single tooth. I went to a dentist to try and get help, but they were too busy to help so after not being able to handle the pain any longer after a month or more of it I called these guys up on a Friday morning and begged them to squeeze me in and they did. The staff was amazing! I was nervous and upset mostly because of how much pain I was in. Dr Miller came in and talked to me explained what would happen and calmed me down. His nurse did the same thing. She kept checking on me and making sure I was ok. He pulled the tooth and I am pain free. I barely even felt the novacane and while I was expecting pain with the pulling he was done before I could even blink. Zero pain!!! It's been a week and I feel great! Hands down the best place to go when you need a tooth extracted!!!

My appointment was at 1:15 and I am still waiting at 2:33. I have yet to even see the doctor! I work in a doctors office so I understand the providers can get behind, but this is ridiculous! I had to stand at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take the papers they gave me to fill out! Patients that arrived 15-20 mins after me for the same doctor were seen first! Very unhappy.

Very caring, took the time to discuss the procedure and options. Follow up phone call to make sure all was well. Time in waiting room was longer than expected, but not Dr Miller's fault, the dentist that referred me had not sent the xrays that they did they would a month ago. I highly recommend.
