I'm really mad at this oral surgeon's office...we tried to call them at least a month ago about a bill that we felt was wrong. The secretary told us that the billing office would call us back. Meanwhile we, also, had contacted our insurance company over it as well. They never called us back. We got a message from the insurance company stating they would not contact them back after numerous attempts and as far as they can see it, this issue is closed and settled. I now got a final notice bill from them saying I owe them this money. This is all after paying them 1400 dollars. They want 200 dollars more and I think it is insane that they cannot even call me or my insurance company back to explain why I owe this!!I believe it's time to report them for unlawful practice because this is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this surgeon to anybody because someone seems to be scamming. Ridiculous.

My daughter had to go back by herself due to restrictions but fine but she teared up and was crying he came in told her to stop she was making his nurses job harder and if she wanted to be treated like an adult start acting like one and to stop her he was sending her home ! When I was able to see her and dr came in I tried to tell him why she was upset he stopped me said she didn't need to hear it again at that point I had trouble looking him in the face I kept turning to my daughter her was crying and uoset ! If I had heard or knew he made this type of remarks to her we would of never let him touch her !!

Dr Miller is amazing and did a phenomenal job on my daughters Jaw surgery. He and his staff worked with us and her orthodontist for over a year to get the best possible outcome. After surgery, he gave me his personal cell number incase a need arised. When my employer gave me a difficult time with FMLA, Lisa did everything she could to ensure my FMLA was approved. I can not give enough praise to all involved in my daughters care, I would recommend them for anyone!!

My 6 year old daughter cracked a primary molar during lunch and the tooth immediately became very painful for her. Dr Miller's staff got us in the same day and his chair side manner was excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made my daughter feel comfortable when she felt scared and nervous. I would highly recommend to anyone needing and oral surgeon!

Have had nothing but problems since having a wisdom tooth extracted. Returned with my concerns and reopened the incision, scraped the bone and it isn't any better. When I asked what the next step would be if this didn't fix the problem, was told "let's not make this a bigger deal than it is".
