So sometime in May I called to schedule my sons appointment over the phone for July 11th at 5pm. Well I arrived at my sons appointment today only to be told he was never scheduled. Yet they have a profile started for him... how does that make any sense?. I told them I scheduled with a male and it definitely was with the guy that was checking us in. But he kept saying that it wasn't with him.... Yet it was. I apparently keep track of things better than this office does. Even when I walked in to check in for the appointment, no one was at the desk for about 5 mins and the waiting room was full... Anything with the word "Quabbin" please avoid. This is the second office in this area with the word "Quabbin" that is unorganized, and unprofessional.

If you like poor dental care, canceled appointments , dentist that wreaks of cigarettes , rudeness and conspiratory political beliefs pushed on you and your children , this is 100% the dentist for you , I know that sounds crazy but it is sincere I save the voicemails on my iPhone and I have a collection of 8 voicemails since march all informing me my appointment has been canceled due to "the doctor being out" they told me my 5 year old son had no cavities or issues after a brief exam (we waited 2 months for ) skepticle I scheduled with a much more established dentistry firm that my sons discomfort was merited and he had three cavities in the back of his mouth , Please heed my warning let my poor experiences help you get the dental help any person should be entitled to in 2022 , thanks

Had an appt. At 4pm, they call same day of appt. At 10:15am and ask if I could have my son there at 10:40 am, which there was no way possible I work an hour and a half away. Then I get my son there for the original appt time and he didn't get in until a half hour after that. The woman with the dark hair and glasses is SOOO rude. It seems like nobody in the place knows what they are doing or what they are suppose to be doing.

Don't go here if you have anxiety issues. They don't care. Office staff are rude on the phone and the office smells like cigarettes.

I made an appointment for 2pm to drive 45 mins their just to be told my appointment was at 1pm even though I double checked and was told 2pm, and the Dr. Sent me home home told me they have lunch at 2 and it's never at that time. They are short staffed and when the appointment was made the hygienist made the appointment not the receptionist, so I was called a lier and had to wait even longer to get another appointment. I was told if I don't like it I can find another company to go to. So I'm going to call the corporate office. Worst experience ever

The hygienists are friendly. But the actual Dentist was rude. And all my family's work needs to be redone in under a year.

It's all good until I got work done in my teeth!! Long story short few days later I go floss, a chunk of my tooth fell off!! I called they made me wait 6 days i made clear I had to be at work a certain time , ended up leaving! Ready fir the kicker they were outside smoking cigarettes!! That's all those doctors do smoke cigarettes all day..

Just got a root canal done... let me tell you about how nervous I was. I was literally shaking like a terrified toddler. But Dr.Almassian assured me everything would be ok. I was so anxious and just wanted to get up and leave from all the root canal horror stories I've heard, but the staff and Dr.Almassian helped me understand the procedure is much different now than it used to be. I can't tell you how happy I am I got this done and how great both Dr.Almassian is and his awesome staff. Thank you guys so much. I will be returning to get more done. Just hopefully I won't need it for a while.

So not professional whats so ever! Could not even tell the client ahead of time to not bring any people so their empty office can stay empty and they kicked me out into the hot 90 degree weather and told me to sit outside because they cant have extra people when noone was there. I could have sat inside where its cold but no I am swetting and about to pass out in my car because they refused for me to sit in there for basically 10 minutes my mans getting a check up. Maybe you should have posted it and or tell your clients. Lady was super dumb and rude about it. Never going here again!!!.... My fiance has placed multiple appointments with this place for them to keep canceling on him and they make the dumbest excuses for why they cant take him. He was supposed to get this tooth fixed last month!! Here we are a month later still waiting to see someone. Soo unprofessional,this place is the worst. Also if you don't confirm their call for your appointment,even though you made the appointment in the office,they give your appointment away even if you show up on time. They made my fiance leave because he didn't confirm over the phone he was coming in,like obviously he is coming in if he made the appointment and hes standing right there! Horrible place!!!

My mother went to this craptastic dentist. The following is her account of the worst thing I've seen from a dentist. "I went to Quabbin Valley Dental after losing my gold crown for the 3rd time. My first visit was short, and they had to schedule an appointment for 4 weeks later to deal with it. The dentist, Behruz Almassian, said he could use my gold crown as a temp while waiting for the new crown to come in, so told me to give it to his assistant to put in an envelope and put in a safe place. It sounded weird to me, but then again, it was my tooth, it fit, and it would work while waiting for a more reliable crown, so I fell for it. At my second visit, Almassian prepped the tooth and was creating a temp, and I asked the hygienist (who was assisting him that day) that if he wasn't going to use my gold crown as the temp, then could I please have it. The assistant left to talk to him, and Almassian came in furious, yelling at me saying he didn't give teeth to customers, that it was toxic material, that if I had a titanium leg and lost the leg, I wouldn't go ask for the leg. He said it was destroyed, and then said he sends it in batches to MassHealth and gets a little bit, couple hundred dollars for it. He stood over me yelling, "HOW MUCH FOR A ITTY BIT OF GOLD?!" I told him I paid $1006 for that crown, and he yelled, "NOT FOR CROWN! HOW MUCH FOR GOLD?!?!" Then he opened his wallet and tossed a $100 bill at me. I was shocked! I didn't understand what was happening and why he was so furious. He stormed out of the room and I was looking at the money wondering just how much my tooth was worth? I couldn't believe he took my gold and was now yelling at me about it. He came back in the room and snatched the money out of my hands and shoved somebody else's gold crown in my hand. He said, "Maybe you get $15 for that." Sooo, I can't have MY gold, it's toxic - but I can have some ELSE'S?"

Not very professional when the Dr is outside having a cigarette and comes in smelling of smoke. Had an appointment and it was chaos and no one seemed to know what was going on. Dr was not very friendly, won't be returning to that atmosphere again.

I am so far out of their area, but yet they send me JUNK MAIL. Any business that addresses mail to "Resident", rather than the actual resident, so that you CAN'T GET OFF THE LIST is a business I would NEVER use!!!

Not very professional when the Dr is outside having a cigarette and comes in smelling of smoke. Had an appointment and it was chaos and no one seemed to know what was going on. Dr was not very friendly, won't be returning to that atmosphere again.

My daughter, who's 15, has been seeing a dentist in Worcester, but she's being referred to have full reconstructive work done on her teeth. Well we went to quabbin valley dental and was not impressed at all. When you walk by, the dentist is outside smoking a cigarette, dirty lab coat on, and talking extremely loud. My daughter, while in the room, when the dentist came into the room to examine her mouth, she stated to me that he had no gloves, and no mask on. Then to top it off, he was literally forcing me to yank my daughter from her primary dentist's patient load, which she's been seen by her dentist in Worcester since like 2007. I refuse to yank her and make her switch, when she's comfortable. He was very rude about it. I absolutely refuse to step foot back into that establishment.
