Dr. Shivji and all of the assistants were great! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was friendly, positive and welcoming. Dr. Shivji was very good at explaining the ins and outs of the procedure, and completed everything quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this office!

Way behind my scheduled appointment time and I am understanding of how this can happen. But when I was finally brought back for treatment and expressed my displeasure about the wait to the dental assistant, the office manager came around the corner and rudely told me they didn't have to tolerate my complaining. I never raised my voice nor did I speak any profanities. This office manager is bad for their business. I'm a paying customer and my time is as valuable as anyone else's. You might not like hearing my complaint but it was a valid complaint. Respect my time and listen to my concerns. The work done was done well, no complaints with the doctor or assistant. This office manager will cost them in lost business. I would never tolerate the attitude she has in my business.

Would recommend to anyone! I am a terribly anxious person when it comes to having any dental work done. The staff were all so understanding and handled my panic/anxiety so well. I had no issues with pain whatsoever (which was my biggest fear). They talked me through everything and took my mind off of what was actually happening. I hope to never have to have another root canal but if I do I will 100% be going back to doctor Shivji!

I'VE BEEN TO A LOT OF DENTISTS IN MY 70 YEARS AND ALOT OF PAIN. BUT I HAD A ROOT CANAL DONE THIS MORNING AND DR. SHIVJI DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND I HAD NO PAIN AT ALL AND I ALMOST FELL A SLEEP DURING THE PROCEDURE. I WILL RECOMMEND HER TO MY FAMILY AND FREINDS. THANK YOU DR. SHIVJI AND STAFF.

From the consultation to the actual procedure, every single person I encountered was incredibly kind, patient and wonderful. Any dental visit for me is a high anxiety terrible experience. But the staff and doctor who treated me were amazing. It was a great experience, as far as dental work goes, and I am so grateful for their bedside manner and professionalism. I highly recommend this office.

The main reason I am leaving this one-star review was because of the Dr. that treated me. I found him extremely unprofessional and just plain rude! I had to have a root canal done due to a recent filling and I asked Dr. Brian Mykleby if the reason for this root canal was due to something my original dentist may have accidentally done. I was no means upset by it but more wondering what happened to cause it to hurt this bad a week after the filling. He proceeded to ridicule me saying that I was blaming the dentist for the cause of the root canal. That was simply not the case. He then proceeded to say that I would have blamed the dentist if it started hurting five years later. Again, simply not the case. I already hate going to the dentist in the first place and people like this make me hate it even more! The only person who was very kind was the receptionist, she was great to work with and very friendly!

The office manager is actually the devil in disguise. I will say the physician was nice, however the office manager is truly evil. After being extremely rude to my daughter, she was very blunt that she had not yet even ran the insurance for the bill. She was rude, unprofessional, evil. I called and tried to stay calm, however when I asked a question about how things were explained to my child and she made a rude comment about my daughter. I will admit I snapped off, frankly I won't apologize for it. That devil in disguise should NEVER work with the public. If you want to be verbally abused or listen to someone verbally abuse your family this is definitely the place to go.
